I would not recommend working with Roger Venton. He can talk the talk and extremely personable however, he can not walk the walk. He says he will call you at a specific time and doesn't: He says he will have a quote for you by a specific time - and doesn't. He is dishonest and not a man of his word. He overcharged me for materials at the beginning of April 2011 and although I gave him until the end of June 2011 to repay me he has not. He also charged me 14% HST which is illegal. For a company that advertises its' honesty - don't believe it! The sad part in all of this is that he came recommended to me by an electrician I have been using for some time and am quite happy with. I have advised him that Roger Venton fell far short of his recommendation. His work was sloppy, rushed and overpriced. Not a happy customer.
