This is the second time we have used the Barrie Home Inspector when purchasing an investment property and we were extremely pleased with Roger's attention to detail and knowledgeable explanations of deficiencies found. Unfortunately there were too many underlying problems for us to invest in this property so we will be using Roger again when we located a suitable property.
