Renovation work is often expensive so when my wife and I decided that it was time to finish our basement, we wanted complete confidence in the company we hired. After receiving many quotes, Evolutionary was the only company that met our confidence quota within our price range. Adrian Perry runs his company in a very professional manner, ensuring that work is scheduled in a timely manner, and completed with great attention to detail. He maintains great communication, promptly answers questions, and schedules frequent meetings throughout the scope of the project. His entire team is courteous and maintains a very tidy job site. Adrian also devised innovative solutions to a couple of challenges our basement presented. We would recommend Evolutionary Contracting Inc. without hesitation.
