Green Creations started off strong, but failed miserably to deliver in many ways.
Owner failed to provide even one correct invoice, during the entire project,, Attempted to overcharge for supplies not used.
Project finished 2 months late. Many items taken out of scope.
Sub contractor placed a lien on our property due to unpaid bills by Green Creations.
Quality of workmanship was shoddy in many areas, and did not meet code.
All necessary City Permits were not supplied and only obtained because we as home owners intervened.
Communication was severely lacking and experienced onsite supervision was non existent.
The entire experience was stressful and expensive in areas where it didn't have to be.
This company would be better suited to small reno projects such as basement refinishes.
Their finishing guy is the only asset they have.
We paid Green Creations and Dave Kennedy for a new roof as part of our kitchen addition in 2015. In 2016 we received a letter from the roofing sub to tell us that our new roof is not warranted. Because green creations did not pay them for the roof. Green creations therefore kept the monies paid to them by us for the roof.

We had a flood and needed repairs and renovations. Green Creations responded to our request through this website.
Dave provided us the requested two options for the renovation -- one more extensive than the other. The options were clearly communicated.
The renovations started somewhat ahead of the original schedule and proceeded roughly at the time estimated. We made a small change to the flooring which introduced a delay -- beyond the contractors ability to control.
The crew was very courteous and were diligent in delivering quality work. They made, after consultation with the owner, minor improvements to the basement that were not originally specified but became apparent as recommended during the work.
I recommend this company.

Green Creations and Developments Inc. far exceeded our expectations when it comes to quality and professionalism. We were extremely impressed with the timeliness of the project, as well as Green's personalized approach to customer satisfaction. We are very happy with the workmanship, and will use Green Creations for all of our future projects!

Worked with Dave and Robert from Green Creations. Although renovations are stressful, we were pleasantly surprised with how well everything went and truly appreciated the day to day amazing communication with Robert. Our basement renovation looks great and we were pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. Dave and Robert certainly did their best to keep our stress to a minimum and ensure the final results were what we had hoped for.

Working with Dave and Green Creations was a pleasure. They really took their time to understand my needs and produce quality work. The custom design and built-in pieces are such an incredible addition and key feature to our home basement renos, and the envy of our friends. The team was friendly, pleasant, timely, and skilled. I look forward to working with Green Creations on future home projects.

Complaint: I've done 2 tile jobs for Green creations and Dave didn't pay me. He kept lying me for almost two years and never payed my invoices of $4,015.00 dollars which part of it was supplying materials and payied my workers
So I had to spend cash and time for this scam
Please don't trust this company.
Complaint: never paid bills - many customers and suppliers left unpaid - yet Mr Kennedy goes onto
procure other business adventures - Kandy Outdoor Flooring - sad how one can just turn his back on other businesses similar to his and move on - not a very conscientious person - well sad to say previous behavior is indicitive of the future - I sincerely hope that Mr Kennedy one day knows what it is like not be able to keep employees on the roster because of people like him - i have interacted with many of his clients and it is sad to see so many of them disrupted by his lack of customer service - and many of his suppliers like our company (one company actually having to lay off all employees due to Mr Kennedy not paying his invoices -
Complaint: Green Creations does not pay its bills. Dave Kennedy and Owen McClean are misleading about payment within 30 days, still trying to collect for jobs completed April 2016. Customer paid them for the work but they don't pay the subs like myself. I would be careful about doing business with Dave or Owen in the future through Kandy Flooring or BNI.
Complaint: Green Creations ordered portable toilets from my company. They made constant promises that they would pay their ever growing bill and we unfortunately believed them to be and ethical and honest company so we continued the rentals and servicing. They never paid their bill and are still currently outstanding with us. If you are a sub-contractor I highly recommend not working with this company.
Complaint: I have worked as a contractor for green creations on three occasions and have spoken to the owners of the houses that had the work done personally. From what I've seen, green creations owner Dave Kennedy is a good salesperson but inexperienced as a contractor, hires inexperienced people to perform green creations work and doesn't pay the contractors in a timely fashion. If you choose to have work done by this company, you may find a contractors lien against your home before the end of it all. I'm happy to forward names of the people I know who have had (Dave Kennedy) green creations do the work and you can get their opinions for yourself. I wouldn't believe any 5 star ratings written about this company without doing your homework
Complaint: getting paid from a job is like pulling teeth even if you do fantastic work.
Complaint: Green Creations does not pay it's bills! I have a past due invoice going back February 2016. Do not use Green Creations as there is a strong possibility a lien will be placed on your property. They will not return phone messages or emails.
