Dmitriy came highly recommended from a long time friend of ours and she was right. A very professional contractor, which is never easy to find. His high quality of work is truly appreciated. He respected the time line set out. Always communicated before doing anything. He spotted many imperfections that the original house builder had done , which we would of never known about. Shame on them, thank you Dmitriy! He offers up great advice and his clients satisfaction is his priority. We love the final results and if you are looking for a house makeover, give him a call.

This job was to remove the existing window and doors and replace them.

The job was was done very efficiently and I am very satisfied with the results.

Dmitriy completely redid my bathroom and it looks fabulous. His work is excellent and precise, it looks better than I hoped. He is the personification of politeness and it was a pleasure working with him and his team. I felt like they cared and were invested in making everything turn out well.

The plan was two week and it took two weeks. However we are still waiting on some final touches that were only ordered towards the end of the reno. It was a messy reno but Dmitriy and his team did a great job trying to keep the dust in one area.

I realize that my vision of the reno was not 100% what Dmitriy was saying and that is because there was no design drawing. We were both saying the same thing but we each meant it in a different way. Next time I would get that drawing, if only as a reference and confirmation.

Dmitriy's estimates were accurate but they are based on the lowest prices possible. You should understand what his material is and if it is what you are expecting.

Dmitriy and his team did a complete basement renovation for my wife and I.

I gotta say, we are VERY happy with the job, Dmitriy guided us every step of the way, he gave us multiple options and was able to find a solution for every problem. The job was HIGH quality and was exactly what we wanted. We are absolutely loving our new basement and will definitely be calling Dmitriy for future jobs!

Dmitriy and his team were always on time, on schedule, courteous and answered any questions we may have had. The demolition and reconstruction of the 3 rooms in our basement (bedroom, bathroom and office) was done in an amazing 13 days. This included plumbing, electrical, installation of 3 new windows, ceramics, floating floor installation and lighting in every room. Everything was done to our specs. Very meticulous about his work. Dmitriy renovated our entire basement. We were very happy with the process and completion of the project. He works very well and is very motivated to do a great job. He was also very helpful with his recommendations and ideas to improving both the practical aspects as well as the look/style of the finished product. He is very knowledgeable and can complete most of the work himself. He was also patient with the changes we wanted to make and worked with us to ensure we would be happy with the end result. We renovated the whole bathroom with Dmitriy, he was the only contractor I could find at that time who didn't took forever to send us an estimate.

The result is very good, for the most part, the quality of walls, ceramic & fixtures installation is spot on. The attention to details could be better, he needs someone to constantly inspect his work.

The two things I wasn't satisfied with were:

- the communication, he was constantly annoyed by our questions and requests, he ignored most of them and we ended doing the work his way.

- cleanliness, we spent weeks after the renovation removing dust from all over the house since he doesn't use a dust collector and didn't seal the hallway.
