I can't provide enough accolades for Joe and Tony. Right from the beginning Joe was very fast to respond to my emails and answer all my questions. He is professional, polite and just an all around great guy. He and his partner Tony did a wonderful job in all aspects. They respected my home, cleaned up after themselves and walked me through what was happening every step of the way. They were here when they said they would be and finished when they said they would. An absolute top notch job and not only would I not hesitate to use them again but, would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

We have used, and will continue to use, Joe time and time again! He has done several renovations for our company. When we moved into our downtown office many years ago, Joe renovated our space and created beautiful meeting rooms for us. When we outgrew our office and moved into a bigger one, we no doubt called on Joe again to do our renovations.

As a client, we feel comfortable and in good hands when we use Joe. He is not only a great guy, but he is amazing at what he does. He is super fast, very detailed oriented, a great communicator, and always looks out for the best for his clients. Joe is smart, creative and knows his trades well. We trust Joe completely and know that he watches both our budget and timeline to work within them. He even worked nights and weekends to make sure that everything was done in time in order to move our staff into the office.

Whenever you need Joe, he is there to help. He is very reliable and has a wonderful work ethic. We can’t recommend him enough for any of your renovation needs.

This is the 3rd time I have worked with Joe and his team. This time he did a fantastic job renovating the interior of my garage. He is fast, dependable and trustworthy. Working with Joe and his team is a breath of fresh air. You never have to worry about the quality of the work or that he will arrive on time to do the job.

I wish more contractors had the same work ethic and approach to their job. I could not recommend Joe and his team enough. He is the contractor I will always call first if I need more work done.

Where do I begin. I decided to renovate my condo kitchen but decided to go with different trades people for each job, and boy was it hectic.

I found Joe on trusted pros, and let me tell you, he made my renovation a breeze. He came early for his appointment to check out the job needed and was very thorough from day one. Communication was so easy that it felt like I was communicating with a close friend of mine.

He completed the job on time, with impeccable attention to details. Any little thing I missed, he would see it and fix it. He even did some touch ups here and there that was left by other trades people, to make the final kitchen look great. Also, at the beginning, I forgot to cover my dining area and living room. But when I came back from work, he had covered up all my stuffs and cleaned up really well after too.

I just wish I hired him as my kitchen contractor from the beginning. I promise you, you will be glad you hired him and would love the job he does.

I have an older unleveled home. Joe incredibly restructured and re-centered my son's room. Joe listened to all my concerns..and there were quite a few.

We are so happy with the renovations that Joe did in our house. He transformed our unfinished basement into a 5 star family room, games room, laundry, bathroom and bedroom. His work is meticulous and on time. We were so happy with his workmanship that we asked him to update our main floor bathroom and fireplace. Joe and his assistant arrived early everyday and left the space clean at the end of each day. Joe cares about the homeowners. We can't wait to have him back for future projects.

Joe Viveiros completed two projects for us in December 2016. A complete finished basement and a remodel of our fireplace. Joe provided a competitive quote and stuck to it even though he had some additional unforeseen work. It was evident that he takes pride in his work, he is incredibly detailed and always kept the workspace tidy. Joe was always punctual and professional. We had our bathroom renovated. The project was done on time and above our expectations. Joe was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely work with him again on any renovation and would recommend the same to others!

I certainly would recommend Joe for a renovation project for the following reasons:

* estimate on paper and the cost was all in- no extras for cutting existing doors to fit new floor

* quality of work- the starting piece of flooring stretched from the living room, dining room, hallway and ended at bedroom - over 40 feet- it was straight

* no shortcuts- screwed the old subfloor to joists and then screwed the new subfloor through the old subfloor to the joists- no squeaks in a 51 year old home

* respect- Whenever Joe spoke to his apprentice, he communicated well and with respect. ALWAYS respectful when speaking to me

* demeanour was cheerful

* helpful- assisted delivery of new fridge- not in his job description but did it anyways

* offered his opinion- my design was flawed and Joe suggested an alternative that worked out well

Best recommendation- if I have another project, I will call Joe.
