Doug is a friendly and knowledgeable contractor with a good eye for room layouts and resolution of details. When confronted with difficult techniques or installs he is diligent and through. He always tried to keep the worksite clean, which shows a professional mentality and respect for his clients.
We commissioned Doug to completely rework our kitchen and bathroom in our East York detached home (85 years old). He was full of ideas to help us work out the best route to take, and at the same time listened and worked with our final requests. We would recommend Doug to anyone who wants a trustworthy and skilled contractor.

Doug Lanns has been our contractor for many years. He is skilled, professional and an invaluable source of knowledge and guidance when consulting on the work he is doing. His attention to the job is great whether it's a major reno or a smaller job, such as installing a new kitchen counter. He makes sure everything is according to code; well done and he never takes shortcuts. He has also done three major renos for my daughter and her husband which helped to sell a couple of their homes at top dollar. Our relationship is based on absolute trust and I can honestly say he is one of the most honest and trustworthy people to know. I hope I never have to use anyone else.
