After receiving a start date from this contractor, he sent an email the night prior cancelling the start date. We were told he would complete the job by Christmas and after receiving the email to cancel the start date, we have not heard back from him. We tried to contact him at least 6 times via telephone and all calls were unanswered. As well he does not have an answering service on his phone. We finally left a message at his home # to which that has not been returned. We did contact his references, that he provided, and were told that he does excellent work, is timely and very professional!!! We would definately not recommend this contractor to anyone. I do not understand contractor's mentalilty when accepting jobs that they know they will not show up for. In today's economy, contractors should be thankful to have work.

The boys at M.A.D. Renovations where a huge help in completing my dining room, and kitchen makeover. They met the timeline I had planned for them without a problem. Never had a more friendly and courteous contractor work for me before. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Also, any extra costs where brought to mine and my husbands attention right away, there were no hidden costs that so many other contracotrs seem to hide until the end of the job. Five stars for Gerry and his crew at M.A.D. RENOVATIONS!!!

After accepting our job, this contractor cancelled the prescheduled start datevia email at 9pm the night before he was to start. Needless to say, we had taken a day off from work to be home to give him access to our property and sign contracts.
We tried to reschedule, more than once, but did not receive any other communication from him.
Would NOT recommend to others.
