Marc was hired to replace a bathtub fixture. He didn’t turn the water off and water exploded out of my wall. He left, he actually took off and didn’t return. He left with the water gushing out of a hole in my wall. I’ve never experienced such incompetence in my life. Completely unprofessional, his phone went to voicemail and didn’t respond to text. I had to call an emergency plumber in to turn water off. Do yourself a favour and avoid this guy. He left my place flooded, and water pouring out of my wall.
