When Marvin tells you "the job will be done to your satisfaction" it is true! Even months after the work is done he will fix what ever went wrong. Also his team will clean up after everyday of work.

The work is average:

1, window installation seemed to be okay, but found to cause water leaking, which I fixed;

2, I had to finish up the microwave installation;

Time line is terrible: requested and received full payment on Nov. 25th, 2016, and the final part of work done on May 20th, 2017.

I don't feel comfortable to work this contractor any more:

1, the license number he provides is not under his name;

2, requested price increase after received about 50% deposit;

3, requested full payment before all work was done.

Update May 23rd, 2017: He did the last portion of work on May 20th, 2017.

I don't typically enjoy having to do any major renovations as I don't always get what I'm promised but Marvin and his team came through with flying colors.

I had an aggressive 1 week timeline for an entire bathroom renovation and Marvin delivered on time, exactly as promised.

He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure to get my input and approval on all design choices.

He's a pro's pro.

Did an excellent job replacing my kitchen floor, friendly, fast and on budget.

He respect his clients and does the job within the deadline he proposed. And also they clean the mess everyday while on project.

If something is not to my taste days after the project I can call him and his team will come and fix it with no additional cost.
