It is that time of year when you may be thinking of doing a renovation. If you want a contractor that is always making excuses for numerous delays and always blaming others for their poor construction practices, then Maynard Construction should be your preferred contractor. Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision and hired them to do a project that should have been completed within a 3-month period maximum but turned into an 18-month nightmare. Thus, if you want to avoid potential headaches and the stress of dealing with an unprofessional company, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. He operates an excellent company, I would highly recommend as his staff as well as Dave are great people, the quality of work is above average, and his staff take pride in taking excellent care and attention to their work as well as ensuring that our home was keep very clean, his prices are very fair, as well he adds excellent knowledge to assist you in your dreams.

I hired Dave Maynard after interviewing several contractors,He was the only one who could give me a realistic estimate to complete the job.The work was exactly what I wanted even though there were a lot of issues with the job being done in an older house.His crew always kept me up to date and were absolutely trustworthy and friendly,which made this reno a lot less stressful.I highly recommend this company.
