We got them to install a new "winter roof" which included a synthetic underlay, water and ice shield and new 35 year shingles. We got a new roof because we were having leaks from ice damming. At first there were no issues since we paid more for a top of line roof which he assured us there wouldn't be continued leaking ice damming issues. Halfway through the first winter we had leaking. By spring it was far more extensive than the old roof ever was. We called repeatedly and they kept saying they would come look and never did. The next summer it started leaking (a lot) during the rain. Again we called and called. Finally he showed up and did a temporary fix. He said he would return and fix it properly. He has never returned and refused to fix it. Our new roof is worse than the 20 year roof that was there. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The workmanship was shoddy, customer service was terrible. They also left the eaves troughs overflowing with pieces of shingles and nails.
