Joel Goor of Uneek Concrete removed the old concrete, prepared the site and poured new concrete. Four months later, Uneek's work developed multiple cracks and spalling. The cracks are significant and widespread on both the sidewalk and multiple separate areas of the driveway. Uneek is not rectifying the problem despite Joel's stated 2 year guarantee against cracking.

I had limited access path to the backyard so I knew it was going to be elbow grease to get this job done. I contacted three different contractors and they all gave me outrageous rates for this job. Then I came on this site and found a positive review by Lis. I contacted Joel (owner) and he was honest and upfront about everything. Quoted me a third of what others quoted me. Hired him on the spot. He came on the date he said he would. Texted me the day before even to confirm. Team arrived and got the job done very efficiently. Very nice guys. Easy to talk to - not just machines doing a job. They did a fantastic job on my patio. I am very very pleased with this company and with Joel and his entire team. I very strongly and highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a very reasonable price. Job well done!!!

Joel conducts his business in a very professional manner. He communicates clearly and regularly, so the client is not left guessing. He shows creativity with his performance, and added some pleasing touches to a mundane pathway. I can not wait for planting my pots for outside now....it will look striking.
