What does multi culture have to do with houses? Custom Homes are homes that are built to your specifications and design, track builders aren't custom home builders its a marketing tool!

Custom Homes means alot of things, yes it has been over used and under delivered. A true Custom Home is built to what you want, from the design stage through completion. Custom builders should be using the most advanced building techniques and products and deliver a house that is built far beyond minimum code. Just remember to always buy from a registered Tarion builder or project manager.
