I have and slap of between 40 to 60 area on my back yard, The dimensions are 7m (25') length x4m (13') deep x 2.3m (7') High. I calculate around 32 cubic meter of dirt removal.
Hi there, I am Jesse Chapman Owner of JAAC's Contracting & Landscaping.
Just so I am clear the area in your back yard is 7m long x 4m deep x 2.3m width if that is correct then my calculations come to 64.4cu Meters of dirt to remove.
To answer your other question about the cost to build a 8ft high x 30ft long retaining wall varies in cost quit drastically depending what you want it to be built out of.
Please if anyone has any questions or comments about the photo I have attached please let me know.
Hi Jesse,
Thanks for your answer. As per the volume, it should be 64.4/2 since it is a 45' tilted slope
However I just looking for a budget price at this point, maybe looking from the worse scenario view.
- Not looking for wood or steam concrete
- Maybe stone or blocks wall
