Sand Point Well

We have a sand point well that we are unsure of the last time it was replaced however we were having issues with the pump turning on as soon as we would turn a faucet on. We thought we needed a new pressure tank so we replaced it but still are only able run sprinkler, tub for about 5 min before the water spudders or there is not enough pressure to continue turning the sprinkler.

What are some possible reason for this happening? Do we need a bigger pump or change the sand point?

What is the size of the pump and your settings for the pump, expansion tank, etc?

Also how many sprinkler heads are you running off of the line?

In response to Ryan from Quality Maintenance: We are only trying to run one sprinkler head at a time. Our pump 1/2 hp jet pump. Cut in pressure is 30. Cut out pressure 40. Pressure tank pressure is 28.
