Basement floating floor repair

We had lately installed the new floating floor in the basement. However, the contractor did not install the floor correctly, in which the floor is uneven in several spots in the basement. We do need a contractor to correct the uneven flooring issue. We just need the labor work, no material is needed as the floating floor is newly installed. Thanks.

Proper Cleaning Of Hardwood Floors Without Sanding & Staining

I need help with cleaning and buffing a large home with 3 floors of walnut and cherry wood floors. I know they are in need of a complete redo, but I have to sell and I don't want to spend the amount it would cost for sanding and staining. The products that are sold to the average consumer are not good. I've tried various products, even just plain water, then I use a dry microfiber mop to try to get the streaks out that the cleaning leaves. Of course, as the floors are not new, there are some areas that are in poor shape, but I just need them to look clean without streaks. They are doing the photos on Friday April, 4. Most companies are only interested in a complete sanding, staining job. I'm hoping to get help just to improve what I have to help with the photo shoot and the potential buyers. Even if I could afford to redo the floors, it would be stupid, the new owners would most likely have it done anyways. Is there help out there for me? A professional to actually do the job is what I really need.
