New construction, only a year old in basement. One wall to close off bathroom approx 7 ft - with door opening walls to enclose hot water tank & furnace with door openings for access (this one is a little tricky as for some reason the builder put the hot water tank on one side of a wall & the furnace on the other even though in the future development plans they gave us they are both on the same side. So now once enclosed we need two access doors instead of one. Frame in duct work on ceiling (bulk head ? ) in order for the ceiling to be finished. Frame around electrical panel - this too is an awkward spot as the tube (that contains the power to the box) that runs into the floor from the power box is further out from the wall than the actual box -- so it will have to be framed out from the wall to not only accommodate the box but all the way to the floor so the tube into the floor is hidden as well wiring for one light into bathroom.
Full basement development (approximately 650-800 sqft), 9ft ceiling, daylight basement/semi-basement
requirements: wood flooring (vinyl plank) with subflooring, wet bar, full bathroom, 1 bedroom with sound proofing, storage cabinets.
The house is built 2015 and already have rough-ins for the bathroom. Located at SW Airdrie.
Please email estimate price quote. Thank you.
I have an existing bathroom downstairs installed by others. I have moved in and need to install an exhaust fan. there is an exhaust duct but the ceiling for the down stairs bath is already in. I need to install the fan repair ceiling drywall were necessary and also patch a wall were an existingn fan is on the side but not connected electrically or mechanically.
We are moving into our new home end July early August 2016 in Airdrie AB. and would like the basement developed soon after, approx. 1100 sq. ft. including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (roughed in by builder) lounge area and storage closets. (Plans are available) all electrical and plumbing. Looking for estimated per sq. ft. complete with standard finishing.
I have a room in my basement that was once two rooms. I need to repair the drywall job that was done to the floor and ceiling as well as replace one of the doors with a wall and then repaint the room. The room is approximately 18'x8' with an 8' ceiling. The area that needs repair is about 2' wide and is from floor to ceiling to wall to floor (approximately 24'). I would like a quote on this job as well as references.
Thanks
Glenn
