I have a basement 1,203 sq ft. I have all the drywall sheets necessary for the project. I need a contracter for the following aspects of the project
1) install resilient bar on the ceiling
2) hang drywall and tape and mud
3) Soft corner treatments
4) frame and drywall underside of curved staircase
5) Knockdown ceiling treatment
We have a basement that we are in the middle of drywalling and we just found out that we have to put the house on the market in the next two weeks. The plumber cannot complete the bathroom until this is complete, so we need someone ASAP. The space is about 900 SQ including a small bathroom, bedroom and main living area. Drywall is mostly up and we just need someone to come in and do the taping / mudding / sanding and finishing. We need someone that is available within the next 3-5 days, so the plumber can complete next week. We have already purchased the mud, drywall etc, so it will just be labour.
We trying to prepare for painting our town house! We have removed the stipple ceiling in our kitchen, dining room and a couple of small landing areas that we'd like to make flat. We also have a very small 2 piece bathroom that needs some drywall finishing love in addition to a flat ceiling. Also there may be a couple of wall corners that could use a little touching up.
Dinging room (10ft x 12.5ft)
Kitchen (approx. 8ft x 20)
short hallway (3ft x 7ft)
2 Landing areas (approx 7ft x 4ft)
Bathroom (7ft x 3ft) ceiling and walls need finishing (already mudded and sanded a few times by a noobie)
Ceilings are 8 feet high

The room: 12' x 10 " by 10' x 11' with 8 ft ceiling. Laminate floor already in place. Metal studs on inside walls. Electrical and heating in place, 6 pot lights in ceiling. One 4 ft 3" basement window on outside wall. One electical box and wires 14 inches from window. (we will encase this in a 'false' cupboard door). One closet backing on furnace room (6ft x 7 " by 2' 7 "). Pocket door on same wall (10 ft wall) next to closet is already installed. Door and frame for wall oppostie 12 ft wall is purchased but not installed.
Looking for a price to have wallboard installed, mudded, taped and sanded. Only paint and stipple if affordable. Will pay with cash. May or may not have wallboard pre-purchased. Wallboard will come through the downstairs not through a window.
Garage interior walls.
They are all insulated and have vapour barrier and are ready for drywall
2 side walls at 16’ x 9’ each
- 1 wall at 10’ x 5’
- 1 wall at 12’ x 10’
- 1 wall at 6’ x 10’, cut in window

Would like drywall installed, taped, muded, sanded, dust removed and paint ready.
No need to paint, no ceiling drywall necessary.
Approx 760 sqft of living space for a residential basement renovation. The basement includes a 3-piece bathroom, bedroom, and open living area.
Looking for experts to install drywall, do taping and mudding. Would also want to install moisture-resistant drywall in the bathroom.
No drywall required in the utility room.
Only interested in providers who have covid-19 protection policies in place.
We have a 1970s house and one of our basement rooms has insolation and framing but we are looking for an estimate to have it drywalled. It is approx 99 sq feet, it is an L shaped room and would be looking for it to be drywalled, mudded and taped from the furnace/door and into the square shaped part of the room.
Need someone to finish my drywall mudding and bring it to the paint stage.the tapeing has been done and screw heads have one coat. Corners are all pretty much finished.
What I have with walls and ceilings is approx 80 ft of bevelled joints and 40 ft of butt joints to bring to a finish.
Hope to have it done asap.
We're having 2 skylights (2'x4' each) installed in the vaulted ceiling of our kitchen while our roof is being repaired, and need the ceiling cut and drywall fitted for the openings after install.
The skylight contractor will be leaving nails poked through the ceiling to indicate where the skylights have been installed.
Depending on our budget, we may want to have repair work done to the drywall around an existing skylight in our livingroom (also vaulted ceiling).
The house is a 4-level split in SE Calgary, built in 1987, and the ceilings appear to be the original.
I need to cut a small opening on the dryall between my furnace and washroom (inside the furnace room) to make enough space for installing a humidifier from within the washroom facing the furnace ducts. Let me know your schedule for a home visit and provide a price estimate for the job. I would also like to install a temporary cover on the opening based on your suggestion.
Each wall in my basement has a hole (or 10) in it due to anger management issues my son has. The walls need to be repaired so my home is presentable and I can look around with pride.
I need the drywall patched or replaced, mudded and sanded and I can handle the painting.
I would like to have an estimate done quickly and have the repairs done by the end of July if possible.
There are approximately 20 holes in various walls that need repair.
Thank you.
Hi. My house had some flooding in the basement, and now we need drywall repaired.
The space that needs to be replaced is about 40 feet along the floor, and I've cut about 18 inches up from the floor to remove all the wet drywall. It's in good share for a a repair.
Can you please call me to talk about this?
Thanks,
Repair of drywall due to recent flood damage. Water seeped in through a window well and we subsequently had to remove the lower 2" of drywall throughout the basement on all interior and exterior walls (except in the bathroom). The amount of drywall needing replacement is 500sqft (equaling approx 250 linear feet times 2 feet high). All insulation and vapour barrier replacement has been completed. This was a new basement development, completed professionally within the last two years - quality work is of extremely high importance to us.
We are buying a home in Okotoks and want some work done around February 20; when we take possession. In the mean time the current owners will give us access to the house to get some estimates.
It is a 1700 bungalow, where we are going to replace the poly b and possibly the kitchen in floor heating on the upper level.
I need a quote on repairing the drywall after all the plumbing is done. We are also putting in water lines and drain to a bar sink in the basement. This will require a new "wall" to cover up this work.
If it's possible, I'd like to get a quote tomorrow while we have access to the house.
Thanks
David

Hello,
We are the house owners and live upstairs. We need someone to drywall the basement ceiling of a small landing 6'x3' and kitchen 8'x7x with 5/8" drywall to meet fire code.
The landing is very accessible but the kitchen will be slightly more tricky. We have a tenant in the basement with 2 cats. So the project should be completed quickly once started and the ceiling cannot remain open overnight as the cats may get too curious.
There is a little drop ceiling in the kitchen that will need to be ripped out to drywall. Currently there is hard board above the drop ceiling. If you want to quote for painting afterwards and installing new light fixtures in the kitchen I will take a look, but the drywalling is the main project.
Looking for someone to drywall, mud and tape my basement which is about 750 Sq feet. Looking to get the walls done with rounded corners and the ceiling with knock down.
Please send me your price per sq foot approximately to complete this project and If I am interested in your services I will get back to you to come by to give me a detailed quote.
Thanks
