Deck - it will be on the side of the house, size and materials to be determined based on permits/regulations
Fence - 25 -30 feet - one side - chain link w/ privacy slats
Sliding glass Patio door - (subject to approval of side deck) To be framed and installed where there is currently a window.
Our home was built in 1978. The back fence is on a slight incline, backs onto a walking path.
A condominium property that we manage would like quotes for the replacement of their entire perimeter fence. A visit to the site would be required for measuring and assessment.
They would like quotes on wood and/or vinyl fencing.
In addition they would like to know how soon the work could be started and how long to complete.
am looking for a quote on some top soil and hydroseeding and a 100 ft long fence- that is treated- fence has to be 6ft with lattice on top also looking at brick pillars.
I am off work right now if you wanted to come out and look at the space. We are only building one side of the fence this year until someone buys the lot next to us. This fence is only 1 side of the yard . Next year we will probably doing the 2nd.
A car ran through my hedge, fence and slamed into my deck. This is an insurance claim, and the parties that did the damages are paying. I am covered with intact insurance. I need 2 estimates, so i can give the insurance company 2 options. This is a big job.. the company taking on this job, must come to my house and draw up a quote to replace my upper deck, fence and give me ideas (to replace my damaged 30 year old hedge). Lets lock in this job, so the work can get done in the spring.
The project is located at a fourplex townhouse complex and would include assessing existing fence and removing and replacing old/rotten boards (possibly replacing entire fence). The fence runs the length of the lot approx. 50 meters. In addition, there is a small deck in the back of one of the units that I would like removed and rebuilt and extended. Please let me know if you are available to carry out this work during the spring and if you are available to come visit the site and provide an estimate. Thanks.
House built in 2004 with an undeveloped basement and missing parts of fence.
Looking for two separate quotes - wood fence preferred, originally purchased the house with fencing only on the back and right hand side when facing the yard. Would like the fence to be completed as well as gates put in on either side of the house.
Undeveloped basement - has only insulation and water barrier, of which a small corner needs to be fixed after being damaged by my pet. There is currently no rough in for pipe but want to have a bathroom downstairs, one guest room and one main entertainment room.
I can provide square footage of basement and measurement of fencing required upon request (I do not have it handy with me at this moment).
Need an old fence (approx. 100 ft) removed and hauled away. Plus a new fence built (approx. 75 ft) with pressure treated wood in the Fortress style, preferably with 4x6 posts, six gates, and continuous capping. Need a fence contractor willing to work in conjunction with a concrete contractor scheduled in late June or early July (ie: remove old fence, set posts for new fence, wait for concrete sidewalk work to be poured, then finish new fence). Must have the willingness and flexibility to do the fence work around the concrete contractor's scheduling (ie: must anticipate possible weather delays).
Two sections of fence: each approx 7' wide by 6' high, tight vertical 1" by 6" boards in these sections with 3 horizontal 1" by 4" at the top, middle and bottom and one 16' board (2" by 8") runs over the top of the 2 sections. The posts ( 6 by 6) are good and don't need replacing. Would like to go with treated wood.
We have a 100' wooden fence that is 30 years old. (srpuce I think) One section has fallen down completely, The 4" x 4" posts were not set in concrete and have rotted and a strong wind blew the section over.
There are four other 8' sections that are leaning badly. My guess is that about 8 4x4 posts will need to be replaced.
Can you give us on quote and timeframe for fixing it.
Hi! We'd like a quote to repair our fence. The posts are ok and we would need three sections re-built. We bought some spruce lumber for the build but just don't have time to work on it. Sections are 8 to 10 feet in length. Pretty simple design. We also have two gates that need proper closures installed on.
Please let me know if you require any additional information!
My backyard fence was destroyed in the recent windstorm and I am looking for quotes to replace the fence. There is about 100 ft of fence and 1 gate required. Current posts are 4x4 but I would consider 4x6 or even 6x6, depending on the cost. Not sure what type of wood it was and am openminded to your recommendations for materials, etc. There is a bit of retaining wall work as well.
My house is located in the SE.
I would like to request a quote for a property for one of my clients. They are mainly looking to get their old fence replaced but would also like deck quoted. they just want to see both options: just the fence and fence with deck. I will be in all day at the property tomorrow (friday) if anyone would like to stop by. Please call or text. Text Preferred. Thanks!
I am looking to replace my fence which is approx 250 feet. It is currently painted wood and quite old. my neighbor also would like her fence replaced which is the same painted old wood. The fence between our properties is rotting and falling over.
I would like the new fence to be wood
Thank you in advance for your time.
I'd like to get a estimate to replace my east side fence with either:
1) Black chain link - same as back corner, or
2) similar to existing cedar boards
The existing fence is old and is falling apart. Neighbors have dogs which can now get into our yard.
Please confirm that you are able to provide a quote.
Thx .... Perry Y.
We need to replace an existing chain link fence with a privacy fence. The chain link fence is presently approximately 4 feet high and the replacement fence needs to a minimum of 6 feet high. We also need a privacy gate made of the same materials and installed. We estimate the length of the fence to be approximately 30 feet long although we haven't yet had a chance to measure it.
In addition, we need some window trims painted and some some painting done on high areas of our home - unreachable by a normal step ladder. There are approximately three large triangles between roof and siding to be painted as well as 7-8 window trims that need painting. Lastly, we need hand rails and a glass outer door painted. This likely needs to be spray painted.
We are happy to invite you to visit our home to conduct a true estimate.
I have a very large lot which I am looking to have sodded and fenced ASAP. I am listing this home for sale in the spring so I am looking to keep the budget as reasonable as possible. I have architectural controls in my neighbourhood so my only option is plain 6 foot privacy fence. I would love it if I could find someone reasonable to do the sod ( approx 4000 sq ft) as well but it is not necessary to be the same contractor.
I have already got the fence posts up for a fence along the side of my yard, but am unsure about how to go about the rest of the project. I would like a 6' high treated fence built once the weather clears up. We also a garden at the back of our yard where we would like either a 3' high treated fence or a chain link fence built along appx 20' of our back yard. If interested, please give a second quote for that.
I'm a resident in Calgary, Alberta. Just looking for an online estimates, currently I'm on the planning and budgeting stage. A 2008 single house and my plan is to put up a fence and a deck. Please find the details below.
My backyard fence preference is 6ft. height w/ 3 gates, 1 for pedestrian and 2 for garage doors using pressure treated wood. Estimated lot area, more or less is 26ft. wide and 2 x 80ft. deep. I prefer Bastion type of wood fence w/ 4'x4' post.
For my deck its a 10ft. wide x 18ft deep pressure treated wood w/ aluminum railing (white color). Its less than 2ft or 24 inches off the ground.
Looking forward for your response.

Because of last month wind storm the fence and the gate that goes from the front of the house to the back garden fall down. Its about 8' feet wide plus the gate. It need 2 new posts and 2 rails. The gate is still in good condition so are the 6' boards. We need privacy so that no one can enter our back garden from the front of the house. The other thing is the backyard gate. We find difficulty opening and closing it.
