We have a 10' X 10' wood frame green house/storage shed requiring up grading. The half of the green house has a bank of six windows which have leaked over the years, rotting the wood framing studs and wall. We would like to have these windows replaced with a single opening sky light, new framing, side windows installed, with a new door. Basically, half of the structure will have to be re-constructed.
Home is a bi-level, around 1500 sq ft including the basement. We want to move some walls, but not all, and redo the following:
- Framing (for the new walls)
- Plumbing (including some relocation)
- Rewiring where necessary
- Drywall
- Flooring including baseboards
- Redo 3 bathrooms including a few fixture relocations, tile, vanities, tubs, etc.
- Relocate kitchen and fully redo
Not looking for someone who can do it all, just looking to have it done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Text for more information/rough sketches if you are interested and have capacity around December 1-20

I am looking for a maintenance/renovation company that can do following on my 4bd 2br property in Tuxedo park:
-Add a layer of insulation to laundry room including potentially under the roof, reduce the gap under the entrance door and if necessary add additional insulation to the walls. As current drywall in this room requires some work, it may be worthwhile to add a layer of insulation and new level of drywall's.
-Replace the sliding window in basement with Cascade window. One of the windows have a crack so we could replace that one or potentially even 2 windows (depending on cost).
-Replace the carpet in basement and on the stairs leading to the basement, and add edges to stairs to make them safer.
-Paint the interior of the basement and main floor as well as some hardware if necessary. Some dry wall repairs/work will be required by this contractor as well.
-Fix the stairs to main entrance. Concrete stairs are cracked, and best solution is to make metal skeleton to go over them (screw in existing concrete) and add wood on top of them (we may need new railing as well).
-Fix the siding on the house. Small cracks exist on 2 places, and siding from garage or other less visible location could be taken to replace cracked parts.
- Open holes in the attic. Attic has ventilation shafts that help circulate air around, but has been closed by the siding. Home inspector recommended opening them up (using plastic nets/shafts) to allow attic ventilation and extend the roof life
- Potentially remove the gas fireplace from main floor (it should be disconnected but I think it is eye sore, I am only concerned if any ugly marks remain after removal)
-Consider adding some wooden frame around the range in the main floor kitchen. This would be tailored from leftovers of old kitchen made in same style to match the rest of the kitchen (current kitchen is rather generic so it should not be hard).
-Change locks on both floors (all external locks)
-Remove bars from 2 windows in basement to allow exit through windows
-Replace a bathroom fan in basement
-Install a exhaust fan above range in main floor kitchen
-Install a small motion sensor light (battery operated will probably do fine) on the outside of the house for basement tenant
-Install electric wall heather in the laundry room (currently not heated leading to pipes in wall freezing).
-Install new fire and CO2 networked alarms (battery operated will probably do fine)
-Reinforce main floor door with metal hardware (they have a small crack near the lock)
-Extend the gutter drain pipes to move the water away from foundation.
-Replace broken windows blinds (maybe all on main floor).
I need someone who can start ASAP and do it quickly as I need to return property to the rental market. Contractor should provide their own material, remain in constant communication and suggest best technical solutions. Location is vacant.

Due to the recent thaw, our shared garage (5 plex) has flooded a few times. This appears to have happened in prevous spring thaws since the garage was put up in 2004.
The garage, from what I understand, was not constructed according to code but I am not qualified to confirm this. There is a cement footer on the rear wall of the garage, however there is no cement footer on either side wall. As a result, drywall runs right down to the floor and has absorbed a lot of water, leading to mould developing on the lower sheets of drywall.
This issue has only developed on one side wall, as the opposite side wall has now draw wall, although there is exposed frame and wall board, resulting in additiona water damage along the bottom of this wall.
With the wall in question, I have taken the steps to remove the drywall, only to find a metal frame (not wood frame like the opposite wall) behind this removed drywall. Behind the metal frame is more drywall, and more mould. Beyond that is the outside covering, which is vinyl.
We would like to get estimates on replacing/resolving this issue and preventing this from happening again in the future.

We want to reduce the height of a wall between two flights of stairs in our town house. The wall isn't load bearing (is not full height to ceiling) and does not contain any electrical, plumbing lines etc.
The idea is to improve the sight lines in the stairwell by cutting down and sloping the wall.
Work would involve removing wood trim, cutting out drywall, cutting down framing, refitting trim, drywall repairs and painting.
The attached photo shows the proposed new height and shape of the wall.
