I would like quotations for my kitchen to be updated.
I don't want new cabinets, just replacment doors and draw fronts in dark wood. I have 14 doors that need replacing and 6 draw fronts, I would also like all the flooring replaced with hard wood throughout the kitchen and in to the breakfast nook. Also new Work surface's, (granite).
Im just looking for Online estimates at this time.
I would like to open up an interior wall between my kitchen and dining room. It is a load bearing wall and will need to be reinforced. Also, there is a light switch on the wall that will need to be moved and also an electrical outlet for my fridge which needs to be closed off properly.
Based on quality of work performed, more work might be available.
We have a 10x10 Kitchen, getting new cabinets from Home Depot - Kitchen has been designed by home depot. need to have them installed, and to have the tile work done for the backsplash. Also required the dishwasher to be connected and a new hoodfan to be installed.
The current kitchen cabinets have been removed, and the wall has been repaired, just require installation.
Laminate countertop will be installed by home depot, just require someone to do the plumbing for us.
Home Depot is charging us 1500 to do all this work ,looking to see if we can get the tiles, appliances, cabinets and minor plubming work, done by someone who has 5+ yrs exp, for less than $1500.
Would like to create an open concept kitchen, where the existing plan sits between to parallel walls. This would involve knocking out a wall and designing a new cabinet/ pantry plan. Possibly add a box window infront of sink. new sink.
We would like the downstairs bathroom to be extended by taking out a shared wall with an existing cellar. Cabinetry, and vanity, and shower required.
Upstairs bathroom requires new tile flooring/ bathtub. Possibly add a his AND hers sink on existing vanity, if not remodel entire plan.
I have a 1200lawyer square foot split level. I'm looking to fix kitchen countertops, drawers and cabinets, replace a tub and tile the surround. Install laminate I already have on two staircases and in a hallway. Level and fix a unfinished basement floor and install baseboards on three levels. I'd like to do this at a minimum cost so with mid grade materials. I also need two closet doors hung a bedroom door finished bi fold doors fixed and a banquet remove and hopefully replaced with kitchen cabinets.
We want to add the existing dining room to the current eat in kitchen, by removing one wall between the two. The kitchen is to be redesigned with new cabinets, appliances and counters. We want to add the rear entrance, hallway, and a storage closet to enlarge the master closet into a walk in and enlarge the master ensuite. We may add a wall with pocket French doors between the existing dining room and living room. The house is a 1700 square foot bungalow building in the late 1970's and has copper tubing and wiring. The basement will be undeveloped.
Price and quality are our concerns. Most of the demo work has been done. As we are wanting to renovate up stairs first before we move into the house. The basement will be developed at a later date.
Kitchen cabinet demolition and installation of new cabinets (hardware included). The owner is supplying all cabinetry and hardware...counter top will be supplied and installed by owner. Attached are photos of existing to be removed and a drawing of new cabinets being installed. Looking for a tradesperson to commit to this project soon as appliances are being delivered at end of July.
Hi,
I'm looking to do a minor kitchen renovation including new countertops (wood from Ikea), new backsplash, knocking down approximately 8 inches of a wall, lowering of an electrical outlet and new appliances (fridge, range hood, stove/oven). It would be great if you could come have a look and give us a quote.
Thanks!
Lisa

Basement is currently complete, we would like to gut the rec room; put in proper lighting, heat vents moved to floor level, sound-proof ceiling, remove a partial wall, add a wet bar - and completely remodel existing space. We also have a bedroom down stairs that we would like new sound-proof ceiling, new lighting, heat vents on floor and remodeled. We welcome your ideas. Looking at also knocking out a kitchen wall and adding a peninsula, new flooring, more lighting.
Would like to have a wall removed between kitchen and dinning room Popcorn ceiling redone with knock down texture Replace kitchen and front entrance lino Replace all carpeted floors with hardwood Fireplace brick replaced with manufactured stone Existing deck removed and replaced. Please contact if you can help with any or all of these projects.
We've renovated most of the house, the only thing left is the kitchen cabinets. We're in a town house style condo built in around 1972. We don't want to break the bank, we just need to improve how they look so re-painting is okay with us.
We'd like to get some estimates please and thanks and we'd like it done asap.
Cheers!
Toni
- Looking to upgrade kitchen cabinets and tiling (gally kitchen, quite small)
- Looking to upgrade bathroom wall and floor tiling, potentially looking for larger remodel depending on $$
- Looking to add built in bookcase to entertainment wall (roughly 8ft x 11ft)
- unsure of materials, need expert opinion!

I am renovating my kitchen in a downtown condo and require a licensed contractor to obtain the necessary building permits and remove one kitchen wall (not load bearing, but may contain steel studs), move the electrical into other existing walls, patch the roof after removal (stippled ceiling), and dry-wall around a concrete beam that's in the middle.
This is the primary job that I would like to start immediately.
This is not a large wall and should be fairly simple (cross-fingers) to remove.
The wall (where it attaches to the kitchen) will also need to be repaired after removal so it is smooth with the other walls.
The kitchen is U shaped. The wall to be removed is attached to the living room.
