I need someone to come in and remove the sod from my backyard, approx 30'x30' area. I am also needing to remove roughly 12 yards of dirt, as I am regrading the backyard.
I do have a few large boulders that need to be removed from the yard.
I am looking to have this done within the next 2 weeks if possible.
I would like to expand my backyard, by enclosing my parking area (which is gravel). A section of fence will need to be removed, about 15 feet, and a new section added with a gate across the enclosed part, which is 23 feet. We will need the gravel removed from enclosed area, as well as fifth wheel parking area(which is about 12x30), and have sod layed in the area. If you would like to view area, and offer quote, i would like to hear from you.
We are looking to have the following done:
Budget is dependent on estimates.
Fencing installed, pressure treated, one gate, length would be 40' for each side. The back fence was installed by the developer.
Deck, stairs, railing- Deck would be 6' above ground and 12'x12'.
Washed stone with fabric liner for sides of house
Dead tree in front yard to be removed. Planted by developer and died.(2 years ago)
Sod installed in back yard and in front. approx size is 36'x24' in back and 15'x30'
This is in large print as it is a very large concern. All the front units have experienced the ground settling significantly causing drainage to occur toward the buildings and there is a risk of experiencing water in the basement.
Here is the breakdown of what needs to happen:
- Dirt hauled in to fill under the decks of the four front units
- Dirt hauled in to fill under the decks of the steps of the back units in 6204, 6206 and 6208. o Steps jacked up and re-supported outside of the back units in 6204, 6206 and 6208.
- Lattice around the front decks replace after the areas have been filled in.
- Lattice installed around steps of 6202 - 1 and 2
Please contact me as soon as possible.
There is an undeveloped abandoned area between our house and our neighbour (around 49 square meter or 526 square feet). We decided to finish it soon. Our expectation is weeds removing, soil leveling, laying anti weeds screen sheet and finishing with sand (nothing luxury). Please let me know if you are ready to help us and how much is your price estimation.
Existing turf replacement
• Turf is removed mechanically and hauled to dump
• Large tree was previously cut down but some wood chips were left behind that must be removed
• Some large roots may need to be removed for proper grading of lawn
• New sod & 1” of topsoil including regrading of lawn away from house
Side Yard Clean Up
• Remove existing red crushed rock, apply landscape fabric to keep down weeds, cover with new crushed black Rundlestone
• Construct 10” high wall with brown pressure treated wood due to difference in elevation of front yard from side yard
• Plant new Weeping Willow tree. 15 foot tall specimen or as recommended. This is a neighbourhood with established trees so we don’t want a tiny tree.
• New 16 foot diameter tree ring under existing evergreen. Constructed with splitface concrete blocks. Blocks to be level, not following slope of ground. Remove lying branches that touch the ground. Add black shredded bark mulch in tree ring.
Front Garden Bed Plantings
• Replanting of front garden bed under bay window with a selection of perennials. Keep existing Peonies. Prune Lilac bush. Looking for suggestions here.
• Remove existing Lilac tree
New concrete walkway
• Remove and dispose existing paving stone walkway. Replace with new poured concrete walkway, stained medium grey, broom finish. Walkway to front sidewalk approximately 33 foot long. Walkway to sideyard approximately 20 foot long. Walkway in backyard approximately 40 foot long.
Remove existing gas lantern.
• cap gas line at house and remove line. Remove and dispose gas lantern post.
We are looking to get your input into designing our yard and deck. We require the Final plan to be drawn out with architectural drawing required to submit for building permits. We prefer to do the building ourselves but will consider hiring out certain aspects of the project. (piles for deck supports / sales of materials and delivery / ETC)
Home built in 2009 (we can provide the builders plans if that helps the process for planing) in Silverado SW Calgary AB.
We prefer a local company but will consider contacts outside Calgary for planing only.
Home is a Walkout backing onto park and green space on a cul-de-sac Pie Shaped lot. 80' across back.
More side yard then back.
Looking for a deck design that wraps from mid side of home around back with a step up on back. Stairs to wrap off back. Its a walk out so keeping the lower ground level accessible is a must. With at least 8' clearance.
Yard to be landscaped with trees and shrubs around back and sides for privacy. We have looked into running a underground watering system ourselves but will consider Quotes.
If possible we also would like a seating area in far corner of the lot complete with outdoor wood fireplace and a ground pad placed for later hot tub installation.
My client is looking for a quote this fall for a starting date of June 2015. This project requires demolition and replacement of a heavy natural stone retaining wall. Additional work consists of a fire pit area with 2 hammock pergolas, additional retaining wall work, new trees to be added to the design, and prep work for a new concrete driveway.
We require our current dog run leveled, and we would like all grass and weeds removed to be replaced with crushed limestone. We also require about the dog run shortened and the chain link fence moved to complete this. The dog run is current quite sloped and we want it to be as close to level as possible. We want it to be as maintenance free as possible, easy to keep clean, and more esthetically pleasing.
Small job - but important!
Prep work required for ground to lay patio slabs.
8 feet by 12 feet and 4 inches deep (maybe 5 or 6)
Grass removal - then gravel and sand to purchase and lay down.
Assistance with design - require a very cost effective solution/design. This is a condo back yard.
Would like to get started right away!!!!
Clean beds in backyard, supply and dig in compost (approx. 2yds)' re-edge back, remove sod at side for gravel (the amount to be done will depend on price)
Cotoneaster hedge in front (short small hedge) to be cut short (it had blight last year)and possibly more work.
I have cut down about 160 feet of cotoneaster hedges on both sides (east & west) of my front lawn and beside the walkway from the driveway to the house. I need landscapers to remove the roots (and some of the dirt if necessary) and fill with red shale on top of black weather sheeting that allows water to pass through but prevents weeds from growing.
New house requires...
Sod supply (Kentucky Bluegrass) and install (approx. 1200 sq feet)
Rock supply and install (approx. 400 sq feet)
Clean up of existing weeds (weeded last summer), yard leveling/preparation and professional install
I've received a quote of $1,600. I would like to stay around that price please.
We have a south facing backyard in an older neighbourhood. We need a bobcat in to dig up grass, old tree roots, cement blocks and rocks. I want it leveled out and then I want ideas so that we can do this project as cost-effectively as possible. We have a shed that needs to be moved.
I have no problem paying for a design idea/plan - and then we want to do as much of the work as we can.
Remove existing, Regrade around house, lay fabric and gravel where directed, add Topsoil and Sod. 4 new window water basement wells, relay existing patio blocks and cobble stones with possible adding of later. Stump out old root where required, Plant 4 young trees existing and the rest can be discussed. Would like to have it done so that a enjoyment of summer is possible. Rough measure of project 2300 sqft. Please contact writer. You must be licensed, and have WCB. A waiver of liability will be signed between parties unless you have such insurance.
I am looking for someone to level my mobile home. I had it leveled last year, but was absent when it was done and came home to find it was not any better. There is a definate sland noticeable in the kitchen that has caused the tiles to crack but it was that way when I bought it and has not worsened. I have removed the skirting on each side for easier access. Must have experience and references.
We are looking to have some dirt and concrete removed to increase the size of a parking pad at the rear of our home. Parking pad dirt would be approximately 34 feet by 2 feet h igh by 3 feet wide.
We also require the clean up of a 40 foot expanse where new fencing will be placed.
Preference would be to have the work done mid next week as we wish to buld the fence on the 16th of June.
We would like to price out the cost of full walkways from sidewalk to front door to side door to parking space. Also a large stone patio in the back yard. I need a new parking space "built" for an RV as the current spot is too short and too wide. We'd also like matching stone flowerbeds in both the front and back yards. We have sketched our own rough idea but would like to discuss options and feasiblity with the landscapers prior to settling on a final plan. We are not looking to win any awards here or have our yard in magazines. But a nice, finished upgrade from the hodgepodge landscaping currently in place would be desirable.
We are looking to make some repairs to the deck that we had built last year. The contractor who built it is no longer around.
In addition to the deck we'd like to add a pergola, skirting, deck railing and flower beds. We have a large wedding reception in July 19th so the work would HAVE to be complete by then.
We have a retaining wall that runs the length of the lot along the WEST side of the Property. The current retaining wall is built from wood railroad ties and is heaving badly. This is my rental property and I own both sides of the duplex (east and west). If you are able to provide a quote as soon as possible this would be most appreciated.
