I need someone to come in and remove the sod from my backyard, approx 30'x30' area. I am also needing to remove roughly 12 yards of dirt, as I am regrading the backyard.
I do have a few large boulders that need to be removed from the yard.

This is in large print as it is a very large concern. All the front units have experienced the ground settling significantly causing drainage to occur toward the buildings and there is a risk of experiencing water in the basement.
Here is the breakdown of what needs to happen:
- Dirt hauled in to fill under the decks of the four front units
- Dirt hauled in to fill under the decks of the steps of the back units in 6204, 6206 and 6208. o Steps jacked up and re-supported outside of the back units in 6204, 6206 and 6208.
- Lattice around the front decks replace after the areas have been filled in.
- Lattice installed around steps of 6202 - 1 and 2

We are looking to get your input into designing our yard and deck. We require the Final plan to be drawn out with architectural drawing required to submit for building permits. My client is looking for a quote this fall for a starting date of June 2015. This project requires demolition and replacement of a heavy natural stone retaining wall. Additional work consists of a fire pit area with 2 hammock pergolas, additional retaining wall work, new trees to be added to the design, and prep work for a new concrete driveway.
We require our current dog run leveled, and we would like all grass and weeds removed to be replaced with crushed limestone. We also require about the dog run shortened and the chain link fence moved to complete this. The dog run is current quite sloped and we want it to be as close to level as possible. We want it to be as maintenance free as possible, easy to keep clean, and more esthetically pleasing.

Cotoneaster hedge in front (short small hedge) to be cut short (it had blight last year)and possibly more work.
I have cut down about 160 feet of cotoneaster hedges on both sides (east & west) of my front lawn and beside the walkway from the driveway to the house. I am looking for someone to level my mobile home. I had it leveled last year, but was absent when it was done and came home to find it was not any better. There is a definate sland noticeable in the kitchen that has caused the tiles to crack but it was that way when I bought it and has not worsened.
