We have a 26 yr old 2 story (with walk out basement) home with a stucco exterior. We would like to either:
1. Repair the traditional stucco and repair/replace batten boards on exterior
OR
2. Replace old stucco with new acrylic stucco.
We would also like a few minor repairs such as adding spray foam insulation to the cantelevered portions of the house. We would also like to enhance the curb appeal of the front of our house with some decorative application such as smart boards or shakes.
We would also like to add some exterior lights in the soffits.
Our 2 story 1998 home in Hamptons has stucco protruding windowsill under the windows on the front of the house. We noticed water spot on the ceiling of the main floor under the window of the second floor. The cause is most likely the cracks on the windowsill stucco.
I would like to have the second floor windowsill stucco redone with any crack on the cement underneath fixed as well. I need a quote for this job.
Looking for a quote on stucco... currently have siding, but due to hail damage this summer our siding must be fully replaced. Instead of just replacing siding we were considering upgrading to stucco - depending on cost. Insurance will cover the cost of the siding, we would incur the cost of the different between siding versus stucco so we are looking for competitive prices and good customer service. Would appreciate some quotes on stucco (3 story walkout house in Arbour Lake).
Thank you.
We would like to hire a reliable contractor to remove the old stucco from our house and replace it with acrylic stucco. The house is a 1957 four level split approximately 1500 ft2 with external 26' x 28' garage (I would like to have the garage done also depending on the price quote).
We have built a new garage and want it to match our house, which is stucco on top and clapboard below. Since our house was built in 1957 and stuccoed with concrete, we would like to stucco our garage with concrete as well so that the match to the house is perfect. It is a small job - the garage is 14' x 22' and we would like to have it done as soon as possible.
Our house currently has wood siding and we would like to totally update the look of our house by going with stucco which needs to include facia and sofit and eaves troughs as well as a couple of windows on the first floor and new front and back doors. We have some red brick columns on the exterior that will not match the colors we want and we are open to suggestions on what to do with it (ie.paint it, cover it etc.) Also we have an old two tier deck off the back of our home that we want ripped out and replaced with a smaller two tier deck. We will rip out and dispose of the old deck ourselves to cut the cost a bit. Our exterior is about 40x32 on the first level and the second is about 20x32. The deck we want to build will be about 10x20 and have two tiers. Our house is aprox. 35 years old.
My project is very small, about 3 sq ft (if that) I have a hole in my stucco due to lightening strike. The birds are trying to get in but thank goodness, the mesh is keeping the bigger ones out. I would like to repair the hold before the winter sets and before spring when every bird is looking for a place to next. May I have a quote please?

Stucco repair to one side of a two storey house (weather side) and repair all window battens. The main floor has one large batten and the second level has 3-4 window battens in need of repair.
While it would be nice if the repaired or patched stucco could match the existing colour, we are considering to re-paint the stucoo on the house anyways.
House was built between 2006-2008 with acrylic Stucco installed in the fall of 2007. Along the back wall it appears to be cracking, especially on the bottom section of the house. This is a duplex and on the other side of the duplex there appears to be cracking on the second level as well. Not sure if rain water can enter the house this way, but is definitely a concern
We have renovated our current home and built on a new garage and house extension. We want to match our current stucco pattern (it is conventional stucco) on the new buildings and repair the stucco around new windows and doors. After all stucco is completed we want to paint the entire home so the colour is consistant and the older stucco hairline cracks are sealed.
We are ready to get started asap
We are looking for a quote for repairs to 3 buildings, the birds have made holes in the stucco and we have squirrels living in at least one of the holes. In total there are 47 holes in the 3 buildings.
We also need repairs to 2 patio doors that need to be pushed back into place and fastened, they have bowed in the centre.
Can you give us a price for the repairs please?
