Hello,
I am requesting a quote for the hardwood refinsihing of our home
A Four square home built in 1914
The original hardwood floor is very aged and in need of a refinish.
Main floor is maple and approx 500 sqft
Stairwell also required and upstairs is approx 700 sqft
Looking for re-sanding and refinish to same color as existing.
Please contact me to provide a quote and/or make an appointment to view the space
Thank you
Carlene
We are looking to have our hardwood refinished. We live in a 2 story, 1500 sqft house built in 2003. The hardwood is only on the main floor - in the front hallway, kitchen and diningroom - which I would say, is a total of about 265 sqft. We have two dogs, which have contributed to the scratches in the floor, along with regular wear and tear of walking around, kitchen chairs being moved, my 1 year old daughter dragging her toys around, etc.
We're wondering about how much a job like this will cost?
Do you offer dustless refinishing?
(since we have not only adults, but children and dogs living in the house)
How long will a job like this take to complete?
When are you available?
I look forward to hearing from you!
Andrea
Hi,
We have an old hardwood floor in our home we'd like refinished. It's a total of 630 square feet - a living room, dining room, hallway and one bedroom. We don't want a stain - just want it refinished. We are currently not living in the house - it's being renovated prior to us moving in - so there is no furniture and the baseboards have been removed. There is a minimal amount of inlay around the fireplace as you can see from the picture. We'd like to get a quote.
15 steps, a small hallway (about 30 sqft), a small landing, and room (about 110 sqft), house is 100 years old, preferred materials natural oil varnish, but I am open to suggestions. Depending on the cost involved, I would consider adding another set of stairs (13) and a larger attic room to the project.
I'd like to refinish/stain an original parquet floor. In a historic condo, I believe the floors were out in the the mis 80's. There is a little bit of water damage in a couple spots and couple pieces that would have to be readheared. Front entrace open concept through to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Rough guestimate is about 400 sq. ft. I'm hoping to get this done as soon as possible. Currently it is furnished but I can have the furniture out very easily.
Thanks,
Ashley
i am looking to see how much it would cost to have my floors in my dining room, living room one bedroom and a small hallway sanded and refinished. The square footage in this area would be less than 1000 square feet. We live in a semi bungalow in the Highlands area and the house was built in 1948. The floors are in pretty good shape but are in need of sanding to get rid of some wear and tear and scratches.
I'd like a quote on refinishing our main floor pine flooring, and possibly our bedroom fir hardwood floor.
I'm looking for the work to commence and be completed within the first two weeks of April 2019.
The approximate size of the pine floor area is somewhere between 600 & 800 sq ft.
The bedroom area is approximately 200 to 300 sq ft.
I would like to lose the yellow and varnished look and hopefully change to a darker and more natural stained finish. (See attached image)
If you can confirm that you could complete in this time frame I will provide more accurate measurements or meet with for a more precise quote.
Regards Jill
Property owner.
PS I do not have a picture of the bedroom floor but the 'hallway pic' shows what I believe is fir and it continues into the bedroom on the left.
Hi,
We have a room (and stairs) in our house that has carpet on it, but there is a hardwood floor underneath it.
We are thinking about taking up the carpet and restoring the hardwood floor, but we would need a professional to do the job.
We are wondering if we could get an estimate on this job, and how much something like this typically costs?
The room is approximately 15'x15'. Stairwell #1 is about 8 steps, approx. 9 ft wide. Stairwell #2 is about 10 steps, approx. 5 ft wide.
The job would be to remove the carpet and then restore the hardwood on the floor and the 2 stairwells.
Thank you
Robert
I have recently bought a bungalow
3 Bedrooms, 1 Hallway, and Living Room - approx 580-600 sq ft total
Natural Finish is on the floor
I would like to sand it down and stain it with a greyish type of finish and then a thick (gymnasium) type of lacquer/ to protect it
Please let me know quotes as I am weighing this option to pulling it out and installing new.
Thanks
Recently had the stair railings and shoe molding replaced. We have a 2x6 handrail in maple, and black metal spindles. We need a dark stain applied to color match the flooring.
The chosen contractor must have experience with maple.
We are looking to get this completed very soon as we are away for most of July.
We will provide photos upon request but do require an in-home visit to better view the project
