I have a 2-storey condo unit with basement and would like to replace flooring on all three levels + 2 carpeted staircases. Basement: replace carpeted area with hardwood. Main floor: replace all laminate and vinyl with hardwood (no risers or separators between rooms). Upper floor: replace all carpet with hardwood, except one bedroom (child wants new carpet). Staircases: currently carpet-covered; would like to have redone with covering compatible with wood floors. The bathrooms would not be included as these will be remodeled with tile flooring at a different time, although a quote on the bathrooms would be appreciated.

HI,
I would like a quote to install some hardwood flooring (we already have the wood.)
We have the 3 inch wide planks in assorted sizes from 1 to 4 feet.
We have a kitchen, sunken living room (1 step) with a fireplace (small vertical up to hearth), front and back entrance (2 steps at back door) and 2 hallways (one long L shape). The total area is about 600 sq ft.
The kitchen and front / back entrances have lino now and the living room and hallways are carpeted.
We don't have underlay yet and don't have transition elements or bullnose/etc for the stairs.
Project involves installation of hardwood or laminate (12 mm plank) flooring in 3 levels of a 4-level (split). Floor cover area includes a hallway, 3 living areas, 14 steps, two landings and two closets. Home built in 1972. Existing carpets to be removed and disposed off. New baseboards to be installed. No furniture moving required. Looking for labor only quotes separately for hardwood and laminate installation. Start date flexible, but once started, work must be completed in less than a week. Must provide verifiable references of previous work.
I am looking to put either a hardwood floor or laminate in Living room which is 508 square feet. Initial floor will be carpeted on a concrete floor. This is a brand new condo on the 4th floor which is being built right now. I am looking for bids on hardwood flooring and/or laminate flooring. Obviously hardwood is more expensive and laminate is less. Interior wall color is eggshell latex. Carpet unlerlay would be 7/16", 4lb. My kitchen cabinet is a maple with light cherry color and I would like laminate and/or hardwood to be something similar to that color. I have a budget and if I see that material and labor costs reasonable for hardwood then I will get hardwood otherwise I'll go with cheaper option of Laminate floor.
Good afternoon,
I am interested in getting my 2-1/4 maple hardwood flooring repair done on dents and water damage that are on various parts of the floor. Please let me know if you will be able to give the quotation. The dents are approximately 250sq ft. and water damage approx 250sq ft. I can attach pictures of the damage or schedule someone to come to assess the damage. I am interested i getting this done as soon as possible.

I have a small bathroom that needs to have new flooring installed. The bathroom has a floating vanity. The floor is about 60" X 58". I have vinyl plank to be installed (see attached picture). The condo is a converted three story walk-up and I am on the 3rd floor, - of course! :-) Located in central Edmonton.
Approximately 320 square feet. Will remove the laminate currently in home. Since this is hardwood I am assuming will need a subfloor put in before the hardwood is installed. I have purchased the flooring already just need someone to install. Would like to have a quote to do the job and timeframe.
Thank you
Hello,
I would like a quote on installing the laminate flooring & underlay that I already have in my living room. Could you please contact me to provide me with a quote on installation? The area is approximately 14'X16' + 2'x5'.
Note I randomly selected the estimated budget. I don't know what this should cost which is why I need quotes.
Thanks
I would like to get a quote to install Laminate in the living rooom (approximate 400 square feet) and Linoleum in the kitchen and walkway (Approximate 400 square feet) I am only looking foe labour cost. I will supply the material (linoleum and laminate) all other material needed will be up to contractor
I have bought ~420 sq. ft of laminate flooring to be installed in my small 700 sq. ft condo unit. The area I want the laminate installed in is about 360 sq. ft. I am hoping to receive a quote on two things:
1.) If I were to hire you guys to rip up my old carpet/underlay/linoleum, lay down the new underlay/laminate, take off the baseboards, and put them back on...how much would this cost approximately? Please note: this would be about 360 sq. ft give or take a few square feet. It also includes the kitchen in which I have a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator.
2.) If I were to hire you guys to ONLY install the laminate. NO ripping out anything because I will have done it all. In this case, I would only like the laminate flooring/underlay to be installed where the old carpet used to be. Not in the kitchen...so there wouldn't be any ripping up of linoluem/moving any appliances. It would also be a smaller square footage. Maybe about 250-300 sq. ft?
If you could please get back to be ASAP in regards to these quotes, that would be awesome!
Thank you in advance,
Katie
Our house is 1350 sq ft. We require a kitchen remodel (gut), new flooring throughout home, 2 bathroom remodels, and new windows. We will need a qualified electrician to rewire the kitchen. We also have some built-ins that need to be removed in the dining room and entryway so a drywaller will also be required. The entire house needs to be painted as well. We are the owners of this home in Edmonton and are looking for a reliable contractor with excellent ratings. References will be checked.
Hello,
I have a 585sq ft area that is needing to be replaced. 176 sq ft of this is the kitchen area and is currently laminate. The rest is the living room/ dining area and is all currently rug. I'm looking to replace the entire area with laminate flooring.
My home is a condo on the top floor of a 3 story building here in Edmonton, AB. The building was built in 2003.
If I could receive a quote for the work detailed above (specifically removal of existing and replacement with the new) it would be great!
