We are looking for the completion of interior work. it will be 7600 sq ft. The landloard will have the building build out by early summer 2013 and we are currently looking at options for the completion of the interior. We know that its not possible to get an estimate without seeing proper drawings, however we will need a very basic development with alot of open concept design. the majority of cost will be plumbing as there will be different washroom, probably 15 toilets throughout facility. the landloard will provide all roughin plumbing for all toilets, We will like to get a ball park number in order to decide if this will be viable for us. we are looking for a reasonable rate due to the nature of our business.
