1. I need to repair/replace the stucco and plywood backing of one garage wall. The wall is 1970s stone stucco. I was thinking of hardie board. The interior and framing of the wall has already been completed.
2. I want to replace/match the current aluminum siding on one side the house with the same hardie board siding installed on the garage.
3. I need to paint the rest of the stucco and aluminum trim if possible.
1,000 sq ft bungalow in Dovercourt that is approx 75% stucco and 25% vinyl siding. Home is unoccupied. No window trim required as the windows are being replaced and capped. Work can start as early as September 16th. Timely and quality completion of the exterior job may lead to the awarding of the interior job to follow.
I am looking to have repairs to my stucco and new parging applied to my garage only. the garage is 26 x 30 and I had to remove the parging to replace rotted sheeting and now I need all new parging and some repairs to my stucco where it did not chip of evenly, this is not a huge job but I do not have time to do it.i may also require stucco repairs to my house as well. would you be able to give an estimate.i believe the stucco is called californian, cream color with white rocks imbedded.thanks.matt
I have a smaller 10 unit apartment building with a small area (less than one square foot) where the stucco has fallen off which I believe has to do with the eaves-troughs/drain-spouts which I am currently looking to have repaired). At the same time I would also be interested in touching up the stucco/parging in a couple other smaller areas.

The house is from 1945. The old bootroom was removed and then new one extends the length of the rear of the house. The bootroom has a peaked roof that joins in with the main roof. There will be two windows. Only three walls need to be stuccoed; the third wall is adjoining the house. The rear yard has easy access for machines. Basement under bootroom. No other concerns
