I have a 900sq2 condo/ row townhouse, I am looking for the perfect contractor to help with the task.
the house was built in the '70 and desprately needs a make over, I have the kitchen cabinets and the counter tops ordered. I would like someone to come and look at the project and provide me with a written quote.
Our main focus will be the kitchen, which is a small kitchen in a townhouse in Abasand. We have the tile and grout, (will probably need a new sub-floor) and a design idea for the kitchen. It will be an IKEA kitchen, and 3 or 4 new appliances. It will also include a new exhaust fan.
Contractor must be on budget and on time, and have at least 3 references or testimonials. We are in the planning stage, but will move quickly once we select a contractor.
We will also be looking at quotes to finish the basement. but this quote will be for a later project.
All new siding on house (sofit and fascia as well), all new windows (one large front picture window 111x62, one kitchen window 61x26, 4 bedroom windows 34x53, one laundry room window 88x30, one bathroom window 40x20, two basement windows 48x27, nine basement windows 30x24), two new doors 34x80, one storm door 32x80, driveway 79ftx12ft(needs to be dug up and repaved with asphalt)
I live in a 1240 sq ft 4 story townhome. The space is not designed to be utilized effectively.
I would like to install new laminate throughout, re-do the kitchen, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, island, etc. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. the back of this is wasted space. I want to expand the 1/2 bath into a full bath with a soaker tub.this requires putting up a new wall and tearing down an existing wall. Floor support may also be an issue in this area. The upstairs bathroom needs a new vanity and remove the tub and install a stand alone shower, and install new tile flooring. Also, in the living room there are large patio doors, I would like them removed and replaced with french doors. this will consist up building in the walls.
