I am interested in getting a quote providing you would have an opening over the next week or two? I wish to build a 10 X 30 deck with cement footings and an extended nailer board (about another 15-20 feet), with the base decking frame. I am finishing with TREX decking and glass/aluminum railings so please add this as a second part of the quote. Deck is on slight grade away from the house to a dry pond area. Not landscaped as yet. House is new.
Location is Fort Saskatchewan. Please reply with a guesstimate for the above and availability so we can agree an onsite estimate is worth your while. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
John
Hi there,
I am extending the raised deck on my 2 yr old walkout house in Fort Saskatchewan AB.
Currently I have a PT wood deck about 4.5 meters wide, coming out 2.75 meters from the house (main floor of the walkout, so about 8-9 feet in the air). I am adding another 4 meters to the width, still 2.75 m out.
I already have someone who will build the deck & rails, but would like to get someone to do a vinyl floor (duradek I think it's called). So I'm looking for a quote to lay the vinyl on the deck, about 8.5 meters, by 2.75 meters, (as well as the fascia stuff). I would like it to be heat sealed for waterproofness.
Also, possibly provide and/or install fascia or some other covering in the posts (2 long ones ~8 feet or so, and 2 shorter ones, 4-5 feet).
I have a wooden deck (11ft x 37ft) that needs to be sanded down so that we can re-stain it. I am terrible at home reno stuff and if left alone with a sander may very well destroy everything. There are also 6 steps going down to the lawn that need sanding as well. The railing doesn't need to be done as it is going to be replaced before too long.
So give me a shout if you think you can help at a fair price.
Matthew
