Hello, we recently bought a 1979 single home and would like to seek quotation for the following.
Changing of linuleum floor to tiles- from entrance to hallway, bathroom and kitchen and landing pad going to basement.
Basement is almost finished but would like to add rooms. Part of the basement ceiling needs to be redone since they used a plastic type t runners. One room will need a window. And we were looking to add a small kitchen to the area as well.

2) one basement bedroom door slab replacement/install- I have door.
3) one basement laundry door install complete with jam.- I have complete door and shims.
4) Small drywall job about 4'X8' and I have drywall, need to taper into existing wall, taped, mud and sanded ready for paint, I will paint.
5) Bottom of stairway in basement had a portion of the wall cut out and would like it finished, using drywall, tape, mud and sanded ready to paint, I will paint.

I am going to just make a simple list of the work I would like to get done.
-Landscaping; rip up grass and put in rocks and a stone pads,move a shed, general yard clean up and maintenance as well.
-Relocate hot tub and install new fixtures on tub.
-Build small deck around tub and a roof over the exsisting deck and hot tub.
-a new driveway old one needs to be removed.
-Plumb a bathroom in basement including walls.
-Renovate exsisting bathroom with stand up shower and new vanity; rip up tile on floor and replace.
-Install AC unit.
The house is 1200sqft built in the late 70's yard is large and deck is 14X16 with a 8' hot tub.

Looking for a General Contractor for a new upcoming project. Prior experience working with warehouse area of big box retailers is a huge advantage.
Scope of Work:
To execute the remodel of various front-end areas. All materials supplied with the exception of general construction materials and fasteners; this includes materials for bay skinning if required. All storage, trash disposal, and equipment rental to be included in the price as required.
Removal of the 2 partition walls.
Install new 4' galvanized fencing as per the layout*.
Reduction of Sales Room, existing counters to be adjusted, all end to be repaired and painted to match existing.
Reset the existing desks with additional components as per the final layout*.
Relocate all existing bookshelves.
Removal of skinning of bays.
Reset and add additional bays to the front end swing areas.
Removal of existing Seminar Area, all signs to be relocated as per the store.
Relocating of existing Pro Desk racking including electrical and in bay lighting as per the layout*.
Reset the existing Pro Desk, including the additional of extra desk components.
Installation of all sintra panels as per layout; any signs affected by the reset to be relocated as per store's direction.
Schedule: Project begins October 29th, and must be concluded by Nov 2nd. Working hours are from 10pm to 6am.

Removal of 2 corner kitchen windows to allow for future remodeling of the kitchen to allow for more cabinetry. They are garden windows that just out from the wall. The inside would be drywall and the outside would have to have matching siding installed. We may also be considering moving an outside door and removal of another sealed window in a different part of the kitchen.
