Sound proof the ceiling to keep noise out.

We have purchased a home that has a partially finished basement. Walls already have drywall on them, they need to be mud, taped and primed. The ceiling is open and will need to be drywalled, mud, taped, primed.
Possession is mid October, and we would like it started the day we get possession with the hope of it being completed within 5 days.
We can provide room measurements and videos of the area so you can see what the current state of progress is.
