Main Bathroom Reno. We would like to get some prices on a complete bathroom reno.
I think there was some water damage at one time at the one end of the tub outside wall.
Replacement of tub and surrounding tiles.
Replace toilet, sink and vanity
Put in a medicine cabinet with new lighting on it
Replace floor lino with new.
Paint walls neutral.
Measures approx 10 ft long by 5 ft wide
Hoping for a budget under 8,000
We have partially gutted our main bathroom. (Tub, sink, toilet and gyproc on 3 walls have been removed) We need someone to put it back together ! . We bought a jacuzzi tub so it needs to be installed & wired in and new subfloor laid. We would like tile on the walls around the tub/shower and floor. The bathroom is approx 5 feet wide (from the edge of the tub) and 6' length.
I have 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite that are side by side. They are 30 years old and in very poor condition. I would like to combine them and make one larger L shaped bathroom. Home is located west of Okotoks, Alberta.
This 30 year old home needs considerable repairs and updating. Would it be more sost effective to renovate or to bulldoze and start from scratch. The house is structurally sound but need furnace, window, possibly new plumbing and siding along with a facelift.
We have a downstairs bathroom that needs to be finished. The following is needed:
1. The contractor we hired to install the shower, did so before completing the drain, so we are having a hard time finding someone to "FIX" this. Apparently, the bottom rows of tiles will need to be removed and base taken out again to complete the drain set up.
2. We have a purchased toilet that needs to be installed.
3. We have purchased a vanity, "bowl" type sink, and a faucet that need to installed. The only thing missing is the top of the vanity. We were hoping for someone that can instal some kind of top (tile, glass or marble) that will go with the "bowl sink".
What is complete: walls, floor tiles, electical / lights, main plumbing, exhaust/fan, glass door shower insert.
Please see pictures provided and email me to let me know if this is something you would like to complete for us.
Thank you,
Sean & Judi
We need someone to demolish previous bathroom (shower is partially ripped out), take down all drywall on external walls. Move toilet (existing - will not need a new fixture as it is very new) to where old vanity was and to move the vanity to where the old bath tub was (new bathroom will not have a tub). Where the old toilet location was, part of it will be added to the shower footprint and the other part will be converted into shelving that reaches to the back curved wall (graphics show it stopping before the curved wall, but it is meant to go all the way back). Would also like to have a couple of plugins at the back of the shelving area so that we can plug in our devices. Install custom tiled shower with a glass wall on one side and door. New vanity - currently a one sink - 2 sinks on new vanity. The new vanity will fit into the bay window area (we have three windows, in the graphics attached it just shows one due to lack of 3d rendering). Install tiled floor, swap old insulation for foam insulation. Also move the air vent to the centre of the bathroom as it's current location will be taken over by the shower expansion. Looking to start at the end of year (maybe sooner depending on quote amount). The bathroom is roughly 110 inches from main wall to the bay window, which then juts out 45" by 42" by 45". The main wall at the back of the bathroom is about 104" long.
