We need to replace the shower/bathtub combo and tub surround, in our townhouse. The dimensions are 60L x 32W x 72H.
We would like a bathtub that has a minimum soaking depth of 16 inches, and it will need to have a drain on the right-hand side.
We would like to replace the tub surround with another one, but do not want an all-in-one. Our preference is one that has at least 2 pieces, and the colour of the tub and surround will need to be white.
The taps and showerhead will also need to be replaced. We would like the showerhead to be raised, and instead of having 2 separate taps, just have one in the centre.
If possible, we would like a showerhead that can be handheld, and the new hardware to be in a matte black colour. If the matte black is too expensive or difficult to find, a pewter would also be okay.
We are open to the idea of purchasing the tub, surround, and hardware ourselves, if you would like to install it for us. If that is your preference, please let us know how much it would cost to have you remove the current tub and surround, and install the new one. Thank you!

the bathroom I'm looking to fix up is in the lower level of a split level 4-plex. built tin 1978, the bathroom is only 4'11"x 7' 3" . upon entering, the counter top runs the length of the room on the left, the toilet centered in front, and the tub runs the length on the right.
what I am hoping to do is remove the entire counter from the left, opening up the space as you enter, install at 24" vanity beside the toilet, re-using the existing counter top cut to size, and reusing the basin. involved in this, is taking out the old counter and vanity, taking down the drywall, to access plumbing, which needs to be moved to the wall the toilet plumbing is on.
there is a heater vent which comes out from under the current vanity, which needs to be leveled with the floor and finished properly, and linolium will have to be relayed. there is an old pipe about 4" in diameter I noticed under the current sink that is capped off, not sure if it can be moved back into the wall as it will be visible when the old counter comes out.
on the tub side, I need to replace the tub surround with a 1 piece, likely replace the drywall, and if the space allows I'd like to install a new tub and faucets.
Badly designed master bathroom to be redesigned and remodeled. Looking for improved layout and double shower. Willing to sacrifice portion of adjoining walk-in closet to accommodate improved design. Seeking recommendations on viable options as well as contractor to perform the work.
