I have no knowledge of the square footage of the basement but the house is between 1,934 sq. ft and 2000.

We are planning to add a room to our house, The room will be 21 feet wide x about 35 feet long, This room will be off the kitchen wall & off the back of the garage wall. The kitchen wall will have to be partially remove & an arch enterance to new room. The new room need a full bathroom & a bed room the rest of room is a rec room. The garage will be 40 x 40. The house is only four years old we are on a acreage just north of red deer.
I had a roof leak in my townhouse in north red deer. The shingles have been replaced however I am worried mold could have formed under the shingles. I know that mould is present on the top floor and main floor (it was tested with a IMS laboratory advanced home mould test kit.) I would like an estimate to remove all necessary dry wall, mouldings, carpet, and shingles to expose the mold and treat it. then replace everything with new matching materials to a restored condition. I have no estimated budget, this is an insurance claim due to a falling object that put a small hole in the shingle. I would like the estimate ASAP. Start date for the interior of the home will begin immediately after insurance approval. The roof may have to wait I'm not sure if it can be done now that winter is here.

I have an 8 foot long wall that separates my kitchen from my living room. I want a chunk cut out of the wall so a person can see from the kitchen into the living room. I also want a bar/counter top that is about 3' 1/2" wide and runs the length of the wall. Tall enough so that three bar stools will fit under it.

Hi, this is a townhouse (condominium), so I can't change anything, but I want to intall new flooring in the living, dining, hall, stairs and bedrooms (3), new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, painting whole house, and finishing touches in the main bathroom (some tile, baseboards, paint) the house is 1000 sqf, but I dont know if that includes the basament.
