In need of electrical work done in the basement , house is 1 year old with the square footage being aprox. 1100 square feet. The Basement is completely framed and bulk head work done. The exterior walls are currently vapor barriered and insulated so access is fairly easy. I require electrical outlets and wall switches in various locations, pot lights will be used just about everywhere with the exception of a few places which will be track lighting. This is a real general overview of the project but if you wish to contact me please do and we can arrange a time to view the project.
Please note that certified electricians are preferred, all work must be able to pass inspection and that all local codes pertaining to this must be followed. contractors must be insured and have wcb coverage
We have a condo with bad lighting and stipple ceilings. We would need the kitchen, dining, living area and hall ceiling stipple removed and replaced with flat ceiling, adding pot lights. Area is app. 505 Sq ft. We also require electrical for new lighting already purchased. The project requires about 15 pot lights and 6 new outlets all with dimmers.
I just purchased a home in Sherwood park. It is a bungalow that was built in 1998. It has an unfinished and uninsulated attached garage with electrical in place.
The electrical work I require is as follows:
1) Run power to the washer/dryer in the storage room. Currently the washer and dryer are located upstairs but I would like to move them downstairs to the storage room in the basement.
2) Install additional electrical outlets in the garage. Currently the only outlets in the garage are on the wall of the home. I would like additional outlets throughout the garage.
3) Upgrade the garage lighting. There are 2 lights but they are not very bright. Would like to discuss options here.
