When our builder hired the concrete contractor to pour our slab they poured it too wide and the city made then cut it off as a result. They didn't re-finish the rounded edge on the side so it doesn't look very good and we would like to get this repaired if possible. The edge is 19' 2" long.
We are the property owner and have a 20x30 pole shed that needs a concrete pad, roof repair and possible framing/insulation/electrical.
Additionally we would like to also build a separate 30x40 (approx size) workshop from the concrete pad up.
Could start with just the 2 concrete pads but open to someone to do all.
We have a rancher style bungalow that needs the wood foundation shimmed and re-leveled and then will can start interior renovations. We are also considering replacing the wood foundation with concrete crawl space. The house was built in the 70's and is a wood foundation on gravel. No water issues what so ever, just lack of time for us to do ourselves.
I have a 20 year old shop 2x6 construction we wish to upgrade. Shop is 32x36 with 12 foot ceiling vinyl siding, stone roof with all electrical done.
Requires: concrete floor, insulation (walls & ceiling), drywall, taped, painted, three new insulated overhead doors and a overhead heater; gas line run required 100 ft. New LED lights, windows and possibly shelving may also be required.
This project is 3 km west of Edmonton just off Stony Plain road; on an acreage.
Project Manager
I would like my single driveway to be extended with a stone walkway which will serve as an additional parking space. I have looked into spruce grove bylaws and it is allowed. The only rule is that an existing concrete drive can't exceed the dimensions of the garage. I have a fire hydrant in the front lawn area that bylaws will have to be followed regarding how close I can have the walkway to it. The job will include the digging and removal of existing ground, the filling of required elements and required packing and installation of interlocking stone.
