I need the house graded so the water drains away from the house. The windows need capped and sealed outside and the dandelions need to be gone. I want someone to come to the house, take a look around and give me an estimate. I am a very busy professional and do not have time to wait for someone to show up for an appointment and then not come.

We have done much of the demo already to remove a non supporting wall. We are looking for someone to complete the job by putting in a railing, close match to what we have on the other side of the stairs. Some drywalling, mudding and taping is required. The railing will need to cover the gap of about 11 Ft and standard hight, 42 Inchs or so. Looking for someone to come and assess what needs to be done to complete and what the costs would be for that work to be completed.
I would like to remove a wall between two bedrooms (I don't think it is load bearing) it has closets on both sides. One bedroom is 8'10"W x12'4"L and the other bedroom is 10'10"W x 12'3"L. The wall to be removed is 8'10" with a 4' closet in each bedroom. We will need to re insulate all the exterior walls and redrywall. Flooring will need to be changed but unsure of whether we want to go with carpet or hardwood. The house is approximately 50 years old.
This room was once two bedrooms prior to us purchasing the home. It is now a large bedroom with a walk-in closet. It has original hardwood floors (house from 1970) which we would like to keep. Already has lighting on both sides of room and windows, but will need more electrical outlets. I would like some minor sound proofing as room is on other side of kitchen and you can hear everything, even the microwave! I will become 2 kids rooms.

Good Morning,
My name is Risa. We are currently seeking Technical Assessors and General Contractors in the Saskatoon area so we are inquiring if there are any companies offering these services for warrantable claims.
Briefly, how our process works with regard to warranty inspections:
We will request an inspection from your company at an individual's home based on a list of items submitted by the homeowner.
You would arrange for necessary site visits and access to the home directly with the owner of the home.
Provide your inspection and report for us for review, this may require follow up questions from us so that we are able to determine coverage.
Once completed you would submit an invoice to us and we would process for payment from our insurer. This payment is a cheque mailed from our insurer and generally arrives 7-10 days after requesting.
In terms of General Contract work, we are looking for companies that are well rounded and have the right contacts and trades to complete work that needs to be done. Once the technical assessment has been complete and the items covered are determined, the General Contractor will come in and fix those items to close the claim. The payment for the work is paid in the same invoicing process as above.
As discussed, I would like to connect with you to discuss the opportunity of working with your company.
Hello,
I am looking for a contractor to repair the water damage in my townhouse in St. Albert. The water leak from the roof affected about 5 rooms (walls and ceiling) in the house. It happened once last winter. I would like the affected areas replaced and painted plus whatever else needs to be done. Please include the debris removal and dump fee in your quote.
The size of the house is about 1500-2000 sf. I would also like the attic insulation upgraded to the recommended industry standard. Sorry I can't remember the size of the attic as I don't live in the house but my estimate is about 900 sf. I hope to hear from you regarding a site visit and an estimate.
Thank you.
