1. How long have you been in operation?
The company had been operating since 2016, whereas my self, I have more then 11 years in this field.
2. What are your area(s) of expertise?
Cement such as parging foundation, resurfacing steps and garage floors and foundation cracks.
3. What sets you apart from your competitors?
Customer service. We always get back to customers within 24/48 hours. We honor our warranty provided to our clients. We provide a full job description of what and how we will be doing the work, answering any questions the customers have, going through each and every step with them while work is in progress. By educating the customer and providing them with the information needed, this will make the customer confident in choosing us as a contractor making them know that they are in good hands.
4. What does winning the “Best of TrustedPros” mean to you?
TrustedPros is a well known and recognized mark in the market where most of the clients look into companies that are registered with them. This gives the customers confident dealing with these contractors; it also allows them to share their positive/ negative experience online. Therefore, winning as Best of TrustedPros gives us more opportunities as an Ottawa Parging Group where people will review what customers have to say about us and request a quote or ask us any questions they have.
5. What are you most proud of as a company?
Ottawa Parging Group we started with a small team offering one service. Today, we have more then 15 employees working in different sectors that allow us to expand and offer three main services (parging, resurfacing and foundation cracks).
6. What are your biggest successes of 2019?
From April 15th 2019 to November 20th 2019 we had provided service for more then 260 houses which shows us an increase in our sales comparing to the previous years. Ottawa Parging Group has become a recognized name in the market accepting all types of projects. Our biggest success was the ability to support and fulfill all our customers needs taking into consideration the time, location and the task. This year we covered all three sectors (Residential, Commercial, and Government) which allowed us to gain our customer’s trust giving us more responsibilities to make sure that our performance is always the right choice to our customers.
7. What’s upcoming for 2020?
Ottawa Parging Group will be targeting direct marketing and communication with their customers. As we are working on opening social media interaction by showing our customers and the market our up to date projects and ability to be in touch with them continuously by answering any questions or concerns, they have. We always work on opening all sort of communication channels to make it easier for our clients to get in touch with us. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and our success is based on three main principles Clean, Quality and Trust.
