2. What are your area(s) of expertise?
Toronto Custom Concepts is a full service Design Build company for residential, commercial, and retail office projects. Our services include custom home builds, additions, garages, full home renovations including kitchens, bathroom remodels, built-in wall units, basements, professional office build-outs, millwork and cabinetry projects.
3. What sets you apart from your competitors?
Our attention to detail and our quality of work are first and foremost. Our investment in the best skilled talent allows us to complete projects that our clients are truly proud to showcase to their family and friends. We have a structured methodology that allows us provide estimates on a fixed bid basis. Our approach to estimating is accurate and does not result in numerous costly change orders due to under-scoping a project. We also have in house design on staff to help generate CAD diagrams, 3D renderings and other visualizations and to offer design suggestions to help our customers feel comfortable with their project design prior to starting a job. Our project managers leverage a formal methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with transparent communication to our clients. Our customers are also comforted by coming to our showroom and design center to see the quality of our work prior to selecting a design/build firm.

5. What are you most proud of as a company?
We are most proud on managing the right number of projects and still ensure that quality is never sacrificed. Our commitment and goal is to have each and every one of our customers as a reference client. We continue to have no shortage of happy customers willing to showcase our work and act as a personal referral. We are also very proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies on the Growth 500 list (#96 in 2018) according to CanadianBusiness.com.
6. What are your biggest successes of 2019?
In 2019 we have continued our rapid growth and expanded our company size while continuing to provide exceptional service and quality for our clients by adding another new full-time client relationship manager. We were fortunate and lucky enough to be honoured to once again and win the 1 st place award for Best Promotional design in the 2020 National Kitchen & Bath Association awards last month in Toronto.
7. What’s upcoming for 2020?
This year will be a massive expansion year again for Toronto Custom Concepts will our relocation to our new corporate headquarters in the west end located near the border of Mississauga & Oakville just south of the QEW on Royal Windsor Drive. Our new office is scheduled to open in September 2020 and it will be a beautiful standalone building consisting of almost 6000 sq ft across two floors with numerous showroom areas to exhibit our quality of work, beautiful products and the latest trends in design/build.
