I am looking for rough, preliminary estimates on tearing down a family home and rebuilding. Rough per square ft costs to help scope project. 53’ x 165’ lot in south Burnaby. Current house 1200ft2 plus basement, plus 2 car garage.

I am a land owner on Capital Hill Burnaby and would like to tear down my current home and build a duplex house.
