Hi,
We are interested in having our master bedroom ensuite renovated. Home is 5 years old. We are looking at replacing the fiberglass shower with a tiled stall, changing out the single vanity for a double sink model, replacing the vinyl flooring with tile and the baseboard heater with in floor electric. Would this job be of interest to you?
Please advise,
Dee
House is about 35 yrs old, acerage with well water. Bathroom has not been touched other than the flooring replaced by that stick & peel stuff and we've put in a new window. Original blue sinks (2) bathtub and toilet, no ventalation. Long, low, ugly blue vanity. Really needs to be gutted and designed. Contractor needs to be honest, reliable, experienced contractor - husband is a "do-it-yourself" type of guy who will want to be very hands on and making sure everything is done right. References and possibly site visit to previous renovations the contract has done will be required.
20 yr old house needs bathromm reno, old tile & wallboard removed, new water proof board installed, and re-tiled. New ceiling fan installed with proper outside venting. Textured ceiling scraped smooth as well as skylight tunnel scraped & re-painted. We will also need new bath/ shower controls installed. We would like some estimates for what this will cost us.
Thanks
Hello - There appears to be a leak from my basement bathroom shower. I'm looking to get the old standup shower removed and replaced. It will require a new shower faucet. This is in a rental unit in Chilliwack. We're hoping to have someone go to the house to take a look for an assessment. Thanks, Eric
Possible mould in areas, all plumbing exposed in basement area underneath - ceiling fan may not be venting properly. House 60+ years of age. Approx. 5x10 in size. Single sink vanity, granite or stone countertop, new toliet and bath, tile on walls in tub area. Painting and flooring to be done by owner.
The person working on my bathroom has vanished ...
The tub and vanity were installed, although the vanity is mounted several inches too high and not mounted correctly. Half of the back tub walk was tiled as well.
I found another handyman who did some more tiling, however, it only made matters worse. This means there is: tiling to finish or redo,
a small 5 x 5’ floor to cover.
Install a new vanity light, including wiring abundant electrical receptacle
Towel bar and shower rod installed
Lower vanity?
Hang the okd cabinet above the toilet
Looking for a complete gut job on the bathroom (10.5 ft X 5.5 ft) tiled and water prof, new sink(s), toilet, tub and or shower.
Also wanting to remodel the kitchen (7.7 X 7.5) plus dining room (12.8 X 7.7) Want to remove the wall in-between the kitchen and eating area (none load baring). new cabinets and counter tops. etc..
This is a home we have just purchased and will be moving into on the 28th of November. The work would need to be completed with in 120 days for the extension on our mortgage.
I'm looking for someone to first off finish a shower in my above ground basement. There are what looks to be all the tiles and most of the supplies needed left by the previous homeowner. The shower is framed in as well for what looks to be a walk in shower. I also want to put a kitchen in the adjoining room. I will purchase and install cabinets, but am looking for someone to run the plumbing from the adjoining bathroom to the kitchen.
Thank you.
I have a town house on Yale rd. Chilliwack .I need to have a shower installed , a bathroom vanity and counter top 2 faucet sets along with granite counter top in the kitchen I understand that you probably wont have the tools of a professional granite company so I do not have any expectations for the granite, dishwasher and sink hooked up , back splash a bit of cultured stone on the fireplace. also some light fixtures put up. Im not in a huge hurry and I know I will be fit in among other clients , I'm just hoping it doesn't drag on for weeks once you get started. Im estimating $2300, the shower , wet saw , granite , tile , vanities etc everything is on site .
I would like some quotations regarding making a new washroom in my townhouse.
There is a large walk in closet beside the master bedroom (not connected to eachother, separated by a wall). I am looking for someone who can turn the large closet into an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom. Either that, or to make that closet into a separate bathroom only and not connected to the master bedroom. There would need to be plumbing and electrical systems installed as well.
We need our bathroom almost completely redone. New bath, toilet, some drywall, tile, window, install a vent, refinish vanity, refinish mirror, shelving, new fixtures, lighting, painting and replacing some framing around tub due to old age. It would be great if we could schedule time before Christmas and we'd like estimates within the next few weeks so we're rushed in having to buy all the fixtures.
Hi,
I live in Chilliwack and I am renovating my basement and need shower added and plumbing for an additional washer. There is already a floor drain for the shower. As for the additional washer, I need advice about where that would best fit. I would appreciate your letting me when you could come out to do an estimate. It is best to reach me by email.
Thanks,
Judith

We are looking for a budget friendly two bathroom renos of both the shower in our ensuite and tub/surround in the main bathroom. Hoping you could provide us with a quote to supply & install including plumbing etc. We live in a condo and strata requires that contractors are work safe certified and have liability insurance. Is this something you might be able to help us with?
