Hi there;
My kitchen was renovated in 2006 and has a Hansgrohe faucet which the spray hose is leaking. I have 2 new spray hoses that Hansgrohe sent me, but I believe the installer put a different coupling on the hoses under my sink, so this would need to be adjusted and possibly a new coupling made. My filter now is only hooked up to my hot water dispenser, but I would like a larger one for all my cold water in the kitchen. My hot water dispenser needs to be upgraded to a braided line if possible as my rubber one keeps getting shorter and shorter with deterioration.
We are looking to move our sink and dishwasher 8 feet from the east wall of our kitchen to the south wall of our kitchen. We have a 4 foot crawl space and the pipes are all accessible. We like to do work on our house but plumbing is not something we want to venture into especially with permits and city hall inspections. Ideally we would like to have the old stuff either capped off or moved sooner than later so we an start to lay our new floors.
Hi,
I have a house that has a full length crawl space (about 4 feet high). I'd like to run a gas line extension from the main gas connector to the back yard for a Natural Gas BBQ connection. I already have natural gas going to my furnace and a fireplace through the crawl space. The distance to the BBQ area where I'd like the pipe to go is probably about 30 feet or so. My house is a typical wood construction house with Vinal sidings--FYI.
Depending on the cost, I may also add gas line extension to the kitchen for future Gas Stove to this project.
Looking for a reliable, professional, experienced, yet fair-priced contractor with Gas piping license. I'll be verifying appropriate license through BC Safety Authority
Thank you.
I am finishing a 2-bedroom legal basement suite. The suite will have a kitchen and a bathroom ( with a tub).
The bathroom has rough-in drainage from the builder ( the house is build in 1980). But there is no rough-in drainage for the kitchen. Need to dig about 13 feet to connect the drainage pipe.
As well need to connect the bathroom and kitchen to the fresh water.
You will need to pull a permit from City of Coquitlam.
I'm moving my washer and dryer to the bathroom and I'm looking for a plumber to help tie in to the existing water and drain there (photo shows wall with existing plumbing where I'd like the washer setup to go). I have removed the drywall from the wall and the ceiling below (for drain tie-in) so that it is clear what is going on and unrestricted when it's time to do the work. I could likely tackle this myself, but on the other hand I might botch it, so I'd prefer having someone that knows what they are doing make a better job of it. I'm ready for this to happen any time, but it's not an emergency so I don't mind waiting to have it fit in your schedule.
This is in a freestanding house and I am the owner.
I have a single wide mobile home that has PolyB pipes that I'd like replaced with PEX. I just finished mould remediation so all the pipes are fully exposed (all insulation has been removed). I would like the work done by a licensed plumber who will get the proper work permits for Coquitlam. My home has one bathroom (2 sinks, shower stall, tub, toilet), kitchen (sink, dishwasher), clothes washer, 2 hose bibs. I believe I also need a new main shut off valve; already have a new PRV. All sinks will need shut off valves (none in place now). I've already got one quote and would appreciate any feedback you can provide. I'm hoping to have this work done within a month.
I'm claiming space from an adjacent closet to make space for a stacking washer/dryer to go behind the bathtub (in the photo I've chalked out where the opening willbe where the washer/dryer will go).
I'm looking for a plumber that can tie into the bathtub water lines and drain (with care taken to ensure the washer drain water doesn't backflow up into the bathtub).
I will also require a 120V outlet (for the washer) and a 240V outlet (for the dryer) installed. We had a second electrical panel installed 8 years ago, so it should be all good on that end.
I will be opening up the closet area starting on the 13th of March, so sometime soon after that would be ideal for me to get the plumbing and electrical roughed in.
I'm installing a stacking washer and dryer into the bathroom in space I've opened up from a closet on the other side of a wall (photos included). I need to tie into the water and drain from the bathtub on the other side of the shared wall in the bathroom. This is on the second floor of my single-detached house and I am the owner.
