Hi there - we have some tight timelines and are looking for a tile setter! The job would include tiling floor - porcelain tiles - (hallway/bathroom) = approx. 150 sq ft and shower wall tiles (backer board is up and shower base is installed) = approx. 80 sq ft. Just wondering if you would be available to give a quote (we need the floor tile completed by Sept 21st) or if you would be available?
Thanks so much!
Michelle

4) backsplash install subway tiles: 6-1/2 feet by 16 inches
Looking to hire someone that could help us with the following project in our kitchen:
- updating our kitchen backsplash. Need to remove 8 accent tiles (2 x2") and replace them with flat white tiles in order to create a smooth surface to tile on tile. about 40 sqft of backsplash work. We want to use subway tiles and create a staggered brick pattern using 2 x6" tiles.
We need someone with third party liability insurance and work safe bc coverage for our strata needs. Preferably someone who's done work in a strata (condo or townhome).
We are building a new home which will need tile in eight bathrooms and we are renovating the master bathroom in our current house, to prepare for sale . We would like to get an estimate for both jobs, but will do the smaller reno first. We have material on site (marble) for the renovation but will still need to purchase tile for the larger project.
120 square feet on the ground (12 x 24)
50 sq feet on the walls (3 x 6)
We have all of the tile, we have removed everything fem the rooms, we put new plywood sheeting on the floors, removed all casings and baseboards. Would like the job done today if possible! Last minute I know but our original tile setter cancelled and I can not live without my laundry room for another week or two.
