Looking to get an idea of how much it would cost to build a 3-pc washroom in basement (current laundry room, under main bathroom) and to renovate the main bathroom. Not looking for anything fancy, or high end. Just clean, simple, and affordable. Current bathroom hasn't been updated since the 70s so bathtub and toilet are bright blue. Would prefer to get both done at once if it's within the budget. Would potentially lead to additional work (house needs updating).
The bathroom is approximately 72 sq/ft. We would like to replace the old tub & shower to a walk in style shower with seemless glass enclosure, the floor is linolium to be replaced with a heated tile. Replace the old vanity with new style, add a heated towel rack and replace light fixtures & plumbing.
The removal of the existing fixtures are also to be in the quote.
The bathroom in the basement you have to step up to enter. It is located in an area where we have our washer, dryer and hot water tank. Our furnce is a package unit outside so all the duct work is in this room as well. We are looking to have the bathroom gutted and rebuilt. There is nothing that is worth saving. We need a shower stall, sink and toilet. We would also like to have our laundry area relocated with the addition of a laundry tub and counter top. The square footage for the whole room is aprox 200 sqft and the bathroom is aprox 40 ft. The house is 30 years old and I do have some concerns with the electrical done in a past reno before we bought the house.
Character home originally built in the late 1940's with remodeling done in the 1970's. There are currently 2 small bathrooms (one with a bath, toilet, sink and the other with a shower, toilet, sink) on the upper level of the home that we are wanting to make into one larger bathroom. Currently access is not available for the master suite to either bath and we would like for the new larger bathroom to have "cheater" access for the master as well as access from the main hallway. The roof line of the house is gabeled and so there are variations in the pitch of the ceiling.
We currently have a full bath that backs up onto our tiny half ensuite with sink and toilet. We are looking to extend a wall in the main bath to create enough room to put in a shower in the ensuite. The toilets would need to move, we need vents/fans in the ceiling, and new vanity/tub in main and new shower/ pedestal sink installed in ensuite. We would like to get this started ASAP but realize there is likely a wait on jobs like this. Please let us know if you are interested in helping us out with this! A quote would be much appreciated.
Master make over. Have ripped out the jacuzzi and prepping the walls and floor. Odd shaped room, approx. 40 sq ft floor area. Want to install a free-standing (soaker) tub, flooring, new vanity counter top (5') single sink/faucet, toilet, and redo the shower stall components. By shower components I mean remove the pink tiles and get ideas about putting in glass at least part way around it.
Hi,
I have an ensuite (vanity and toilet) and a full bathroom that need all new fixtures, flooring, etc. I'm looking for mid and slighter higher quality - not the top of the line. If you also do flooring, I need to get 1400 square foot of flooring refloored in the living room/bedrooms. Again, a mid price hardwood would be good.
A detailed quote would be quote. Removal of old tub/toilets etc should be included, please.

We have two bathrooms that share a wall: Main has an acrylic tub/shower surround in good shape, (plus old vanity, toilet) and the master with a HUGE Jacuzzi tub (single sink, old vanity, toilet). Both need new floors, paint, etc. They are over a 4' crawl space. We need to have a roomy, walk in shower in one, and retain a bath in one at least. Hate to lose the Jaccuzi but it takes a full tank of hot water to fill. We are on a modest budget, can do some of the work ourselves, but really need a smart plan to do the job right.
