There are 2 exterior walls ( 13' and 16') in a bedroom that have slumped due to either rot or termites.
So need to have wall plates and probably some wall studs sistered. There also could be
some of the floor joists to sister. There is a small deck which will have to be taken apart
to do work on the wall. I will want the deck put back after wall repair.
Also I need the mudroom subfloor ( 3 sheets ) replaced as it is rotten. I would like to have vinyl sheet flooring installed in this area.
I am looking at a retail space for my business that is currently arranged for office use. I am looking to get the opinion and quote to demise certain walls so that it will suit the needs of my business moving forward. It consist of 7 offices inside a 1200 square feet space. And I would need at least 8 or more walls demised.
We have a 1979, 2 story house with 845 square feet on the downstairs floor. The existing layout is an open floor plan with a few little storage places. The laundry room is downstairs as well and only needs to be shrunk, no plumbing should be required based on the design. We are getting a new furnace and heat pump put in but it is fine in the existing spot, so no changes needed there, but we will need some small electrical changes. The open space will require some taking down of walls, going under our existing staircase, there is enough clearance to do this, and put up new walls making 3 separate rooms, family room, office and spare bedroom. There is existing brick work where an old fire place used to be that needs to come out to create more floor space. We need to put in new insulation to bring it up to R14, and the attic will need more insulation to bring it up from R20 to R40. We had an energy assessment done and have already had structural engineers to review bearing walls, etc. Biggest tasks will be taking down and putting up new walls, with wiring etc. Bathroom is already done, no need to do anything with it. Would love quotes as to what to expect financially to see if we can afford to go ahead with it now that we have had to get new furnace, etc. Need all the help I can get!
$20,000 IS TOO HIGH! We are hoping to stay around $10 - $15, 000. Really hoping for no more otherwise we cannot do it as we have no more funds!

I need the old lino replaced, the concrete below the old lino will need some patching, the door frame needs to be painted & weather stripping applied, the banister railing for the stairs needs to be moved from on the stair treads to on the outside of the treads and the lower 3 stairs will need a whole new banister set. I also want to replace the laminate on the stairs with something less slippery.
Garage was a carport and needs to be brought up to code and then transformed into a bedroom. My partner (Bob) was a builder so he is familiar with what has to be done and has a clear plan he just doesn't have all the time he needs to do this project in full and has sold most of his big tools/machinery. Bob holds great expectation for work to be done well .
The space is about 14 x 14 with 10' height . One or two windows to be installed, outside access (door there) , floor raised, all spray foam insulation, electrical, ceiling fan, hard wire smoke detector, dry walling, hardwood flooring.

This project requires the raising of a 950 sq. ft. older house to accommodate a full basement living space. A new concrete floor is required along with extension of foundation. Full perimeter walls and staircase construction is also needed. Roughing in of plumbing for addition bathroom is to be installed for future plans. Beefing up support structure to allow fewer support posts would be an asset to the expansion.

90% completed home renovation and upgrade in Diver Lake area, Nanaimo. Looking for a contractor to finish the last $10,000 worth of work and partner with us in the
proceeds of the sale. Our plan is to sell the house immediately upon completion or perhaps list as it is being completed. Items to be completed are inside window casings and trim, repairing drywall sections (approx. 200-300sqft), installing new room interior doors, 600sqft of flooring, 20ft eavestroughs and soffits, and minor electrical. For example, if your bill comes to $10,000 we would pay you from the proceeds of the sale and provide additional cash bonus incentive. If you want to see the work already completed plus assessment information etc please call us. The house has significant equity we just want to cash out of it quickly while the market is good. Opportunity for paid work and a high return on your investment.

Roof on a mobile home to be re-sealed and insulation to be blown in. Home is 900 square feet. Want to upgrade the insulation. The insulation that is blown in was a material that was suggested.
Would also like a quote to have a tubular skylight installed at the same time. We also have a shed that it attached, that just has an outside entrance, that was leaking when we purchased the mobile. It is 8X10 and I am not sure if this is worth repairing or not.
We have applied for the grant that is available to upgrade your home and have had an audit done.
