There is 32 1/2" W x 33" H section of a wall in the master bedroom that needs replacing. The entire wall is 32 1/2" W x 8'4" H. There is a light switch 2 ft above the hole & fire water sprinkler at the top of the wall. The studs are aluminum. There is 3 1/2" baseboard. Will need the drywall sheet and other materials required for the job, no painting required.
The job location is in an condo on the 25th floor, above the New Westminster Skytrain station. I am looking to have this repair done ASAP.
Drywall installation for walls and ceiling of a 20' X 10' dining room. Walls will be taken down to lathe before drywallers begin. Room contains large doorway and three regular size doorways and two windows. Completion to priming/painting stage.
Additionally, would like two lights - wiring required from wall to ceiling - installed in ceiling.
House is old (115 years) so walls are off - perfection is not expected!
I have a garage I am needing to be Drywalled, it has 30 ft ceilings high & is 5000 sq ft. It needs to be insulated and fire taped as well, I will be providing the lift and a helper for a journey man. So basically need a quote and a good journey man for this one job.
Thanks. I really appreciate the help! :)
The rough work is complete (sub-floor, roof and framing) so all of the issues from past renos have been dealt with. We are now ready for drywall. Our house is a 1940 character home (that lost its character with each decade). We need to insulate, vapour-barrier and drywall throughout (ceiling included). Our family room has a vaulted ceiling that we have bought tongue/groove wood for (this isn't necessarily part of the project).
