1. Install 8 recess lights around perimeter (24 inches from) in a living /dining room (open plan)

3. Add a dimmer switch to the recessed lighting.
4. Bathroom -replace existing wall over sink fixture and add two beside vanity wall sconces. Client to purchase the light fixtures. Electrician to purchase the recessed lights.
5. Replace ceiling fan. Client to purchase.
We’re doing some minor changes to our house and need some electrical work done.we’re taking one big room and splitting it into two, as well as some minor bathroom upgrades. Licensed electricians only please.
1. Remove bathroom wall sconces and replace with an overhead light
2. Add two ceiling hugger lights to a room that’s been split in half. Only one new lightswitch needed. One is existing.
3. Add two new wall outlets, one in each of the new sub-rooms
4. Add a little baseboard heater (open to input on this one. There’s room on our panel to add if need be)
All of the above is in an upstairs bedroom, with access above from the attic.
One other job that would be a nice to have, but I’m guessing is more complex. We have a cold ground level bedroom that could use a baseboard heater as well... but it’s across the house from the panel. Room on that panel to add, as well.
Timelines are sometime in the next week, week and a half.
Please find the attached pictures of the store.
I would like to replace the current fixtures with LED Panels similar to the one onclick here
Please let me know the total charges including installation, fitting and any other electric work needed to be done to have this lights operational
The ceiling is about 11-12 feet high.
Awaiting your reply
Thanks and Regards
We need someone to mount a new outlet box in our kitchen ceiling + mount the new track lighting fixture we purchased. The fixture is tricky to mount (at least it was for me). The surrounding ceiling will need to be re-patched with drywall and we'd like the texture to match the rest of the ceiling. Also need to have a new chandelier mounted in dining room. The chandelier should be a simple job, but may require some drywall work.
59 year old 1350 sf rancher with some renovations. Copper wiring in renovated parts of home and in crawl space, but some knob and tube wiring in attic in original part of home. Will be in the process of removing the ceiling in the corridor where some of the K&T exists. Would like to maintain the plaster walls if possible. Easy access to cabling in attic. Requesting quotes to remove the K&T and replace with new cabling. Cost per fixture / switch wiring preferred.
We need check fuses, and also install 4-6 outlets - inside/outside garage, and in couple of strategic places outside of house / in the driveway, so that we can simplify connections / eliminate extension cords, and connect several groups of snow-melting mats, each - up to 15 A.
We are looking for a qualified handyman or low voltage electrician to install some wall jacks for us. Wires have already been run to the location, but we require someone to weight-drop these wires in the wall and create outlets (for telephone, Ethernet, Satellite - no electrical). We would like someone to come by and look at the project and provide a quote as soon as possible as we need to schedule this work soon. Please e-mail me with your phone number for contact or contact me directly

Hi there,
I am looking for an electrician for a job in North Van. We are bidding on this project and need qualified bids to be within 20% of actual price. I cannot get back into the property, so seeing the job is not possible, hence the 20%.
1960s 1200 sf bi-level house (2400sf total), 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (4 receptacles per bedroom), 2 laundry rooms, 1 den, 20 pot lights on top floor, upgrade panel, install sub-panel for separate legal basement suite. Permit job. Looking for price including all material including pot lights, decora receptacles/switches, excluding fixtures. Quote labor for rough in & finish. All old wiring must be removed. Walls will be open, no drywall anywhere. Just a ball park within 20% would be fine.
Thanks
I have an existing electrical socket coming out of a pillar that runs into my kitchen countertop. I'm looking to run another electrical socket out of the same pillar below the countertop so I can plug a TV into it.
I have a short video showing the scope of the project, but can't upload it to this site.
