I need someone to help with an older home I bought and need to move into mid June. It needs some windows replaced , an egress window installed in the basement, a deck added, and possibly the basement finished (depending on costs). It also has an attic that might be suitable to finish and a garage that we are interested in turning into a bachelor's suite. Lots of possibilities but I need to have someone that can (a) give me an accurate estimate for the work and (b) do the work!
Thanks!
I just purchased a modular homeand I require a quote on a few repairs, there is no vapour barrier under the structure, I am assuming the skirting will need to be removed in order to install the vapour barrier.
The porch that was added on to the structure needs to be looked at and repaired, my inspector said it was poorly built so it might need to be rebuilt.
There is a few small items like a railing for the rear steps,
Thank you
My new custom built home has been botched. I would like an experienced professional to review the list of deficiencies and provide a written estimate to fix them. My home builder is refusing to take any action.
I can provide a detailed home inspection report. I estimate it will require one full day of time, and I will pay your hourly rate.
We have two projects that we would like done in our house:
1) create new doorway to bedroom and install barn door. Drywall over existing doorway.
2) remove walls of two closets. Repair ceiling after removal. Extend existing wall by about 2 feet. Potential: install vinyl flooring.
Post your project and let top-rated pros compete to get your business. Compare bids, read real customer reviews and hire the best contractor the first time.
