Due to water egress into our underground parkade, we are looking for someone to supply and install several sealed galvanized drip trays. These trays will need to be attached to the concrete ceiling, and plumbed to ground.
We are a larger Condo complex with over 100 units, located in the south Richmond area of BC.
If you are interested in quoting on this project, please contact us to arrange a time to come out and review the affected areas.
We are opening a health and wellness facility in the Richmond area. We are in need of leasehold improvements. The facility is 2030 sq feet.
Here are some of the things that need to get done;
-walls put up for treatment rooms,
-drywall
-finishing bathrooms
-lighting
I am sure I am missing some things that will need to get done but we can discuss those when an estimate is put together and a site visit.
It is a brand new building in Richmond.
Thank you
Brad
I'm looking into either legalizing an exisitng secondary suite or restoring it to its original condition. I'd like a quote on both to see which would be a better option for me. The suite is about 600 sq feet. It has only electrical and no gas. It has a kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom with a stand-up shower.
In addition to that, the property itself apparently is not the same as what the city of Richmond has on record. In other words, there will be permits that need to be submitted for changes that have been made. They should be all interior changes, such as wall removal/addition, addition of plumbing and electrical, conversion of a car port into a garage.
I would also need a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician to check the exisitng installation of the property to make sure it is up to code.
My wife and I are renovating our home.
The big structural hangup is removing a supporting wall from between a kitchen and dining room.
- I have the engineering drawings from an engineer in Burnaby for the installation of a Engineered beam to replace the existing structure.
- Engineered beam described as 5-1/4 x 9-1/2 aprox 16' long.
- to be fabricated and installed IAW the plans I have that were drawn by Tides Consulting
- As Per Tide Consulting there will be no need to perform any work to the foundations or structure in the crawl space.
- The job will consist of the replacement of the beam. Drywall and electrical will be removed from the wall before the contractor arrives.
- Depending on the cost I might be interested in having the Contractor perform more than just the beam installation.
Other parts of the job that might be open for contracting out include :
- Replacement of a window in the kitchen
- removing and replacing & flooring on main level (approx 1000 ft')
- re-sheeting exposed walls & ceiling and mudding surfaces
- replacing exposed pollybutal plumbing with pex tubing
- installing 2 accesses to crawl space through main level floor
- Gas fitting new stove top and adding a spur for a gas fireplace
- Routing new venting duct in ceiling for new hood fan
- painting main level

Looking for professional to draw plans, we want to submit for permit. After approval, will need you to demolish, reframe, put in drywalls, plumbing and electrical.
Right now, we are mainly wanting someone to help us find the best price to build hand rails on our stairway and also install a new window on our son's bedroom. Both items we would like to have the best price, so we decided to post here to see where we can get the best price. Our stairway is roughly a 20 step straight stair, we would like to have rails on both side, prefer to be wood since we believe it will be cheaper and will match our house. Secondly, we will want to install double layer windows on a bedroom. Again, we want the best price, so if you company can give us a free estimate, that will be great.
Above is what we are wanting to be done to our house. We do have a future project plan that we might be considering of doing depending on the price of the project. This renovation will require lots of work, so we would like to find a company with previous experience with building garages. Our house currently has a open garage, we would like to make it a closed garage with 2 garage doors, and a back door behind the garage for access. If you company can give us a free estimate, that will be great.
Need an interior wall removed, a closet opening filled in, carpet removed, and laminate floor installed to match and continue from existing laminate in living area into "study" area. Also a recommendation of installing a built-in or standard size closet into the bedroom that the walk-in would have served.
Hi,
Our office is looking to renovate/cosmetically change 6 bathrooms in our office (ie flooring, counter top - either granite or laminate, sinks, mirrors).
We are also looking to renovate our 3 staircases. They need to be painted, railings, threads. All threads need to be replaced with new rubber treads. We have a total of 63 stair threads for the 3 staircases.
We are looking to start and complete this project by end of June 2009.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Sandra Kovacs

We need to create 2 suites within an existing building. The building is an older wood structure. We would like create two ensuites and relocate the doors. we would like to reuse as much of the existing materials as possible. We would like each suite to have french doors or glass sliding doors opening. We would like a faux wood floor. We have our own boats to provide transportation.

Hi,
My name is Richard and I just bought a 680 sqft 20 years old 1 bedroom unit in an apartment.
There are a few things I want to upgrade:
1. replace the current dirty carpet with above average grade new carpet
2. the unit has wallpaper in living room and kitchen, I want it gone and have new paint on all walls(except kitchen)
3. backsplash tile on kitchen walls
4. I will buy a new light fixture for living room, new water faucet for kitchen, and kitchen ventilator, it would be great if you can put it on for me.
Please give me a quote and we can work from there.
Cheers,
Richard
